I was in line waiting to place an order for about 10 minutes. I was not acknowledges one time. A customer behind me requested to... place an order and was ignored. I asked the employee what her name was 10 times and was completely ignored. She finally gave meher name which she reports was Lizbeth. It is unfortunate because this person who states her name is LizBeth was apparently thelead. This happened on 11/27/22 at approximately 430 pm. Hopefully you will be able to get this individual training so that shedoes not prevent customers like myself from patronizing your establishment. Read more
Drive thru slow, it seems the car in front of me handed back their order. Instead them being asked to move out of the drive thru... line, we all had to wait 20 mins! When it was finally my turn at the pick up window, no apology from staff for the long wait! Read more
I had originally placed a door dash order but got the wrong order which is in no way the stores fault. i decided to drive there... myself to solve the slight inconvenience and Brenda greeted me and was very helpful in getting me my original order. If this wasn't right across the street from me I'd give it 1 star. But service is good attitude wise but they need to pay... attention to what they do over there. I got a lot of mistakes in wrong my orders either missing item or wrong size or not thenright sauce. Read more
