Did not like the fact that they told me "the any size soft drink for a dollar, had stopped, so a dollar drink was the small." I... went to The McDonalds down the street from me to get some ice-cream cones(machine was down,so it didn't happen) but they saidthat "the any size soft drink for a dollar was still going on." and couldn't explain why i was told that. Not too good of an experience at this location. Certain healthier choices are not even listed on the menu. Asp, they offer a... special that included chicken mc griddles 2 for $3.50 yet for some odd reason I'm not allowed to substitute the unhealthypancake mc griddle bread for plain biscuits. The cashier was nice and she asked the manager and the manager was unattentive andtold her to charge me $2.89 for a chicken biscuit which isn't even on the menu. Looking at the menu 2 chicken mc griddles at theprice of $4.19 should cost about $8. It makes zero sense why I couldn't substitute the bread as a healthier option. Is thisrestaurant deliberately feeding people unhealthy food? I hope McDonald's corporate takes a look at this menu and how it's rangebecause it makes no sense why I couldn't substitute with something that cost less. Also, I'd like to add that the floor wasdirty and the trash bands are not clean. The restaurant is not clean in general and the beverage stations are closed so verylittle maintenance is being done to maintain the dining area. Also a large section of the seating has been chained off. ThisMcDonald's doesn't reflect McDonald's core values. I would avoid coming to this franchise in the future. All I ended up orderingwas a coffee and they couldn't enver get that right and I'm sure it was deliberately done wrong. Read more
Well what can you say... it's McDonald's. Unless you are in a different country the uniformity of the menu still holds true.... It's location is next to a busy road artery of the San Fernando Valley, Sepulveda. This location has been renovated to thelatest asthetics, minimalist clean kiosk driven environment. Service was attentive and fast. Feel safe to visit this location.Clean, family environment. Read more
I came here around 11am on a weekday and went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and an ice... coffee. Let me tell you it was the worst experience ever that I've had at McDonald's. There were egg shells inside my sandwichwhich caused me to almost choke. It wasn't busy at all. No cars besides mine at that time and there was no one inside therestaurant so i don't know what the hell the cook was thinking when he was preparing our meal. They need new management herebecause it seems that they are not doing their job properly. I would recommend to not come here. My next step is to call thecorporate office and file a complaint or the environmental health and safety for this nonesense. Read more
This is the WORSE McDonalds, the doors are LOCKED. I don?t know if this is a DRIVE THRU only location. I came at 8:00pm and the... doors were locked. I came today (like 3 weeks later) and same thing at 7am. I hate been waiting on car so I prefer to comeinside. But this McDonalds works drive thru only I guess. Long delivery line/long wait at window. But at least the bags were made very nicely I like how they put the drinks in the bag... securely. It makes it very easy to deliver the items while working for delivery services. Read more
