Chicken was good mashed potatoes was good but the coleslaw was not fresh it was ruined because it was hot and I didnt feel air... conditioning was on that day so my Coleslaw was bad .I love the chicken fry with mashed potatoes and fresh coleslaw .hope thayget better with the fresh coleslaw that they are offering on tv . One of the worst location. Alejandra at the counter is rude and won't slow down for a second to listen to you. I order a combo... with a drink, I paid for it and all. When I ask for the drink she's tells me you have to pay for it next time.. I did. Literallysays it on the receipt. Get home and it's not even what I order. She could even take a second to listen to me while I spelled my3 letter name for her. Last time we were here she berated a 16 YO female employee in front of everyone. Always out of food too. Burnt out workers with no Drive-thru accessibility here. Be careful trying to take your coupons here because they are a... "franchise" location? so they won't honor them unless certain stipulations. I took a coupon there and even though I had a weekto claim the offer, they said they will only honor it on tuesdays (because of the name of the source of the coupon - if youknow, you know). Because of this, I ordered my order as I was planning to without the coupon after a little back and forth withthe employees there. Got my order and in the 2 orders of fries i ordered, they didnt even bother to give me half of the actualportion - pictures attached and note - i took out the fries as is right after i opened the bag. Apparently this location has only one cash ier and one in the kitchen drawer of the pandemic there is a line of about 10 people... in line at this moment it is very frustrating especially for pick up orders and orders by doordash The restaurant is verydisappointed if the way how it?s being managed I wish the corporate office realizes that this is unacceptable.Meola supposed tobe ready at 6:12 PM and now it?s 6:25 PM at the order is not ready yet. I came here to try the chicken sandwich everyone has been talking about. There was a pretty long line, but went forward... relatively quickly. Even though there were lots of people ordering there was plenty of open seats sinve most people got it togo. It too a little longer than i expexted to get the food. Approximately 40 min from when i got here 'till the food came out.The soda machines were out of several of the sodas. Now to get to the food. I think they messed up my order and got me theregular sandwich. I felt zero spice. The sandwich was very bland. I think some spice would have made it better. Its a shame ifwas a mistake. I wasnt about wait another 40 minutes for another sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A is handsdown better. Read more

I love the chicken, flavor and texture, but prefer white meat, not dark meat. I went to buy a family meal there and wanted to... upgrade it to white meat only. I was told that they do not do that . I replied that I always had the 2 or 3 piece combo and wasable to do so then, so why couldn't I just do the same and pay extra which I was okay with? They still insisted that that's theonly way they would do it. I ended up buying the meal because I was so hungry and didnt want to spend another 20 minutes goingelsewhere. Nevertheless I will never go back for a family meal there ever again. The family meal came with 2 large sides aswell, but don't be fooled as to think they are large, they are about double the size of a single meal side, not enough to sharefor three or more people, sigh...too bad the experience was enough for me to just go to other chicken restaurants when I'm inthe mood for such. By the way I talked to the Popeyes employee (politely) for quite a while going in circles, it was quitefrustrating. Bad experience overall, except the chicken which I like.
