Not at all pleased with the customer service I received at this location. I came in and ordered my item (burrito) then requested... if they would cut it in half. Mind you, I have never had a problem getting this done when requesting it at other Chipotles.However I was told that they do not do that at this location. When asked why I was told, "Because of Covid." So you're tellingme that all the employees handling food during current Covid circumstances can be mask-less, hairnet- less for the gentlemenwith longer then ear length hair, put the ingredients within the burrito and lastly use his gloved hands to wrap my burrito andthat be deemed "cover safe;" but using a knife to cut that same burrito is NOT covid safe. How is that possible? Would love toget that answered. I have both customer service and guest relation experience and the first rule to proper customer service isthat the customer is always right and to leave them with a pleasant experience. I also have a food handlers certification. Withthe knowledge I have when it comes to handling food, in NO way does cutting food with a clean knife result to covid outbreaks orspreads. Unless they're dirty knives there should be no issue accommodating such a simple request. If you don't want to cutsomething thats one thing; but using "the covid" line is an insult to the customer intelligence and a bad outward look on a foodbased business. Read more

Do NOT order Extra Protein for delivery or pickup, they just put in the regular amount of protein and charge you an extra $4.50... for it. It was maybe 3-4 pieces more of chicken than the person who got regular amount. Read more

I go there from time to time and this location is okay. But ordering online wasn?t a good experience. I got an order through... Uber Eats and it was barely half normal portion both for me and my girl. Pretty disappointed since I was pretty hungry, haha. Read more

Chipotle in general has become one of my favorite fast food restaurants, because of the healthy nature of offerings on their... menu, and because it is Mexican-inspired food. This particular Chipotle is probably the smallest that I have ever been in, butthat did not in any way take away from the things that I love about this restaurant. In fact, I loved the drink choices thatwere here, as they had some delicious natural lemonades which I have not seen at other stores. The location of this place isideal for me, since it is within easy walking distance from North Hollywood Station which I utilize quite a lot when I'm in LA.The crew here was friendly and efficient as I would expect. My experience was great. I got to eat! The employees were hospitable and doing their jobs. I would like to give this location a... 5th star, not because "I like Chipotle", but because it'd be encouraging to see the employees enjoy their job in unity :D Theywere not robotic but they weren't boring as well I'm asking for more interaction so those 5 to 7 minutes of getting my food areeven more awesome! Honestly the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food tasted off, so we did not finish our bowls. The workers seemed to... really care less that they had customers. They talk over each other while you?re trying to order. The place was not clean atall. If you have to drive an extra 10 minutes to a different location, I highly recommend that you do! I ordered online two burritos extra rice with the works and a side large chips and a large guacamole. They didn?t have any... guacamole, fajitas, very little to no cheese and chips that I could pretty much unpack and need to fry myself. So lost myselfpretty much eight bucks. I ordered 2 kids menu online and it was so light when I got the bag. They forgot to put 1 ingredient 2 tortillas 1 Fruit 1... Drink to each food. Also the portions are very very little. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in my life. Do notwaste your money on this branch. Read more
