This night august 25th I was blessed by speaking with the General manager Ms.Rosalina Arreola. She made sure I got all the help... needed when placing my order. today is my dads birthday, Y a mi papi se le via antojado el pollo loco from here we always orderpollo loco from her location but usually is my sister getting it for me to give to my dad ????????. I live in Texas and I wastrying to place the order through Uber eats,I couldn?t place the order through the app I was having issues will placing theorder Ms.Rosalina Arreola went out of her way to delivered the food to my dads nursing home. I?m so grateful for coming acrossMs.Rosalina. first time at this location I will be back but not only for the food. Richard took my order and was so patient with my extra... large order. you can tell he really loves his job and loves talking with customers. while waiting for my food he was so politeand well mannered and super friendly.
