Came in and had to wait 5 minutes to take my order because the cashier made the call in order more priority than the person in... front of his face. Your supposed to put the call on hold and take my order. Of course they put onions on my sandwich when Iasked for no onions, they also forgot my pickle with the manager on the line making sandwiches. All the tables are always dirty.I like firehouse subs but everytime I come to this location they mess up the order. At least I didn?t have to ask them to remakemy sandwich this time because of stale bread. Definitely took 25 minutes of my lunch break to get my sandwich though. Guess Ishould call in next time. This place lets me down almost every time. They take forever to make a sandwich and are always late for the pickup time when I... order through their app. They also fail to follow instructions. Today, I selected ?no pickle? in the app and even made a specialnote requesting no pickles again. They put 3 pickles in with my sandwich. This kind of thing happens over and over again. Myfriend and I recently ordered our sandwiches to go from here, and we waited at least 20 minutes to get them, which seems like areally long time to make a sandwich. When we finally got them, they had made my friend?s order wrong, so she asked for it to beremade. We waited 25 minutes for that to come out, and it didn?t. She went up to the counter to ask about it, and they hadforgot to even start it. 5-10 minutes later, we get the sandwich again. It?s still not made right, but we?d wasted an hour therefor a to go order, so we took it and left. The food quality is good but this staff consistently underperforms and it?s reallydisappointing. Second time here and will definitely be back, often! Aside from the tasty meatball sub and mac and cheese, the customer service... is phenomenal! I visited this shop on July 1st, but totally forgot to post about my experience until now. Thank you so much to Collin and the... workers. Collin was really attentive, friendly, and generous. It was overall an amazing experience!! I don't live near NorthHollywood and so it's a bit of a drive, but I would most definitely visit this location again just for the amazing service fromCollin and the crew. Thank you all!! Read more

Haven't been to a Firehouse Subs in a decade, and on top of that, it was in Virginia Beach, VA. I am in love with these... melt-in-your-mouth sandwiches. We ended up ordering the Steak and Cheese and the Smoked Turkey subs. Ah, man. Just like Iremembered it. Crazy thing is, I'm sensitive to gluten and the bread that they use, didn't make my tummy hurt. I didn'tunderstand that. Generally, I can only eat sourdough bread and was able to eat their sub with no digestive issues. I had Firehouse Subs for the first time about two years ago in Ohio. I fell in love! When this location opened up in NoHo, I was... beyond excited!! They have the best subs around. Blows all other sandwich places out of the water. When I?m on my Keto kick,they make me a sub in a tub without any hesitation. Love it! Read more
