I love Jersey Mike's... Just NOT this one. I have had problem after problem here. I came in one night and asked for a lot of... onions and was told "no" that they had to save onions since they were almost out. Next time I came in, I asked for my cheese onthe side and again, "no" and no reason given. That same time, I asked for four sandwiches and AGAIN, "no" because they had to"save the bread". This was the same girl every single time, who just had the most negative attitude and should never workcustomer service. As someone who worked at a different Jersey Mike's location and has other retail experience, she wascompletely and truly terrible. We literally stopped coming to this Jersey Mike's because of her and instead drive nearly twiceas far so I can ACTUALLY get what I order. I mean, how can you deny someone sandwiches and onions?? This Jersey Mike?s location in North Hollywood is great. While others frequently run out of options they have always been well... stocked. The manager & the staff at this location are top notch! They are always friendly while working to keep the linemoving. Parking can sometimes be an issue in this strangely designed parking lot, but there is also some metered streetparking. It is not a very big location, so it can be a little cramped during popular times. Overall, the staff makes thisJersey Mike?s a great place to visit. My favorite location in the San Fernando Valley!
