I really like their thin crust pizza!
My crust was SOGGY and floppy! My green bell peppers were burned black!
Ordered a box meat lovers with chicken instead of ham and a spicy pepperoni. Never got the spicy and the squar pizza had ham.... Email receipt says i ordered a box and the pizza. They come to deliver and its only a box with ham........ called the northHollywood lankershim store to get my order fixed and the dude said i didn't order a spicy pep even though my 44 dollar receiptsays i did and its spelled out on the email. The store manager was willing to fall on his sword to deny me a fix. Called the 800number and was on the phone with customer support. Then when the store employee came back to the phone 30 minutes later to findout im on a pc call with their corporate then a replacement pizza and refund was offered. Scared at this point and 2 hoursafter i Ordered the pizza they would spit on it I only asked for a refund. Then he asked for cc and security number. Was likenope so you can use my address and security code to order online using my info. I asked money to be returned to the online orderand he refused sayin he would need all my cc including security code. While he has my address yeah aint happening. Will mostlikely have to charge back the meal. Thanks for messing 420 up Pizza hut on a pizza that cost you less than a few bucks to make. Read more
I ordered 8 boneless wings and 3 of them were tiny and 2 of them were massive and the other 3 the expected size. The... inconsistency made it a bit unappetizing I guess but I get that there will be some variation just did not expect that much.Additionally, we got the Pan pizza and it looked different this time. Initially I thought we had a normal pizza given to us butthen I noticed it was just a flatter version of the Pan pizza which I found a bit odd. Everything tasted just fine though. Ialways need to heat my pizza in the oven a bit more to get a bit crispier crust. I wish there was an option to request for thepizza to be "well done" Read more
I really like pizza Hut but this store has not been the best. I always seem to have some issues. A long time ago during a... delivery, I gave the driver a tip in cash, when I checked my account he had added a tip on the receipt, good thing we calledand got a refund. This last time my pizzas didn't have sauce and were super dried. I did get my money back that was justridiculous. Read more

I'm not going to lie, I've worked at toppers pizza and papa johns pizza, so I know what a pizza is supposed to look like, and... this is the only pizza hut I've ever gotten pizza from that has consistent quality pizzas that look like the pictures. I neverleave reviews unless it's a really good or a really bad experience, so here you go, this pizza hut has management that knows howto make sure a pizza is made the right way. Even toppings, thoroughly cooked, no spots missing cheese, etc. I'll definitely keepordering from here from now on instead of Domino's who prefer giving me raw pizza since they are always in a rush and pull thepizza out early before letting it cook thoroughly or someone there is not putting the pan pizzas back in the oven mid way sincethey take a bit longer to cook.
