No seating, no restroom = manager of this spot have to be fired. Friendly staff but it doesn't save the situation.

Dumb Starbucks was somehow less stupid than this real Starbucks. No bathroom, no seating inside or out. I guess that's one way... to cut expenses and an even better way to decrease revenue. Read more
This last time was perfect. The time before I thought the manager was going to assault me.
This Starbucks seems to have changed quite a bit from its inception. So here?s an updated review - there is No drive through.... The Patio is closed to everyone (customers and homeless). The Bathroom is not open to the ?public? - yes, including PAYINGcustomers and there is no longer indoor seating/outlet use- the chairs are actually all stacked by the bathroom door. I was toldthis was due to increased incidents surrounding the homeless and they did not want their store to be closed as other locationshave been recently- ok understandable but are you even really open with this level of customer service? If I can?t use therestroom when spending $5-6 on a coffee then, I would prefer to get coffee elsewhere. Four stars instead of two because themanager did speak with me directly and did her best to both explain and remedy the situation. I think sadly, Starbucks simplyneeds to hire security teams for their LA locations. This will be better for both their staff and customers. This is not theonly location where I?ve experienced an issue with using the restroom even after making my purchase, but who wants a giant drinkfirst thing in the morning with no where to use the restroom before sitting in traffic? Not one of the the best I've been to as far as customer service in full filling the order properly... messed up a few simple... request, had to ask for an obvious needed bag and holder, after pastry's we're stacked on top of a 4 cups, filled with beverages...I'd have to do a high wire balance act all the way to my car???? What is the point of having restrooms if we can't access it? We pay lots of money for that dirty water you sell, I expect the... place to operate like a cafe at least. I expect to be able to sit and use the restroom. It's harder and harder to find a decentStarbucks these days. Read more
