If a store opens at 5, then the store should be ready to open at 5. No other business is allowed to ?set up? so late that the... store opens 30 min or longer AFTER the store is open. The drive thru is the same thing. If your store opens at 5, you need toopen at 5. And stop just IGNORING customers who show up to order at the designated opening time!! Read more

While trying to pick up coffee to go to a business meeting at the register I did not get to finish my sentences of my order... although I only had three items to order. The lady at the register kept asking me if that was all, if it would complete myorder, if I was done four or five times back to back. After waving me off finally I waited for my drinks and everything came outone by one in different directions. While trying to make sure that I did not grab somebody else?s order I?m getting my onlythree items together, I asked if there was a drink tray for me to carry my drinks. Another lady told me that they did not haveany and I said it was OK thank you! I walked to my company car I attempted to sit down. the iced coffee that had sugar andsyrup in it exploded everywhere as I attempted to put it in my cupholder since the lid was not shut/sealed properly. Myunderwear and socks and the brand-new company car seat was absolutely ruined. I went back inside to ask them if they can remakemy drink as it was spilled. The girl seemed very upset to see my face in there again and they took a very long time remaking mydrink. As I was on the clock I asked her if it would be easier for me to get a refund because I need to go. There were noadditional customers in the store either. The girl making my coffee got upset with me and told me to ?check my attitude ?. Itold her that maybe she should make my coffee faster and I will have a nicer attitude towards her. Seconds after I was beingcursed at and yelled at and being called a ?pussy?and a ?bitch? and being kicked out of the store. in just moments it felt likethe entire store ganged up on me for not doing something right the first time. I felt threatened so I left very upset and had togo to target to buy brand new clothes and underwear and a towel so I can sit down while I drive. I also had to get my car seatshampooed. Came here to enjoy some coffee and do some reading, the employee approached me and asked to leave saying the lobby is 20... minutes. The lobby is huge and only like 10 people in there if it was full and no other place for people to seat I wouldunderstand, but seriously an empty lobby and a customer is being kicked out. I don?t think I?ll go to this location anymore anddefinitely would tell my friends not to go there. Horrible experience. Read more
I don't use Starbucks as often as other people but as a nurse I would probably use them a lot more if they open earlier... (actually I just checked they open most days at 5am amazing now I will come more ????) The staff normally sees me crazy beforework or after work but they're always friendly. May is the only reason I keep coming back!!! She always makes amazingsuggestions and she actually got me trying new things. She often adds things I never thought about and from someone who doesn'tlike Starbucks it says a lot! Awesome staff, quick inside orders as well. Drive thru is busy ! But usually quick :) tons ofparking and drive thru line can get out of hand due to the location in the shopping center. Read more
This place is a hit or miss. 50% of the time they will screw up your order or just give you an ugly looking sandwich looks like... someone sat on it. I eaten the sandwich but it was a big mess. This place lacks of consistency with other stores. Next time Iwill drive the extra mile. Read more
