Very disappointed with this Subway. I ordered my kids a BMT but it was more like muddy BMT. The spinich had so much dirt on it,... gross. Check your produce before serving it to customers. Read more

Nice, helpful employees working the store, which is always clean, and they almost always have what I'm looking for. Except, last... night, I was informed that they discontinued their Italian Herb & Cheese bread. Now, that's a mistake. I know that not only wasit a favorite of mine, but I know that it was a favorite of many people who I know, as well. Why would they discontinue the best& most popular bread that they've ever had?! I would give this store a 0 star. I had a traumatic experience at this store. The homeless target this store. Making a paid... customer watch them bust through the door, without a mask, yelling at the employees, refilling their drinks, stealing out of thecooler and hanging outside the door you walk into. Security got called 4 different times in a 20 minute span, right around 2pm.I will never go to another Subway. Read more

I would give a 0 but that?s not possible, so I?m giving you a 1. I asked for a 6? instead I had to pay for a 12?. On top of... that she didn?t add all the ingredients asked for. I turned by back for a split second and missed what she was doing. Whoforgets the cheese??? The most important part. She offered to make a 6? but I would have to pay for it still. Then I was aboutto ask for my receipt but before I can ask she threw it again. There was something else but I won?t even mention it ?.If it wasjust one incident I wouldn?t mind at all but it was multiple things within 20 min of being in this location. Why mark this a 24/7 sub way when you employed someone that doesn't want to serve anyone. The worker was just inside listening... to music having a good time with the door locked and when I banged on the door she didn't pay attention to me till about the 7thtime. After she looked at me with this stare of why are you here at this time. I'm not gunna get up and open the door to makeyou a sandwich. Then she waved her hand to me saying to just leave. I screamed its 24 hours. She chuckled and went to the backwhere she can't be seen and turned up the volume up some more. I know the owner is probably not gunna read this but on the offchance he/she does this is not acceptable.i have been here before at this time, and there was a very nice girl of Spanish decentthat helped me so well and made one of the best sandwiches I have ever had from sub way. Now I come and this other lady fromafrican american decent just ruined this store for me. Cynthia was working on February 1 when we stopped by for dinner. We ordered 2 footlongs, and asked if we could get soup instead... of chips with the combo meal. She said we could, and then proceeded to charge us $4.25 per combo instrad of the $3.25 listed onthe menu board. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, she shrugged, and said, "That's what the computer came up with." Isaid, "Well, it's $1 more per meal than what's listed, and I need to know why you're overcharging me." She got defensive, andsaid, "I don't know. The computer comes up with the price." I asked to speak to her manager. She replied that her manager wasnot on site. I said, "Then I need her phone number." Wordlessly, she goes to the back, gets her cell phone, and proceeded tocall her manager. She then tells me, "The price is higher because you're getting soup." I have a problem with this in a coupleof respects: first, it's not reflected on their menu in the combo price, nor is it reflected in terms of substitutions. Second,Cynthia never told me that there would be a price difference if I ordered soup, which she is obligated to do when ringing meup. This particular franchise engages in bait and switch and price gouging, which is never a good business model. This location consistantly provides solid service. My most recent visit pleasantly exceeded my normal expectations. I rushed... away from the register without my free cookie. The employee called me back, asked me which cookie I wanted, and happily made myday by handing over my delicious carrot cake cookie! Read more
