First off, people are parking in the curbside pickup spots - so not cool. After placing my order through the website, I... attempted 3 times to enter the payment screen unsuccessfully. It was a scorching hot day, I had the engine running (at today'sgas prices), I had my bunny in the car from taking her across the street, so I just left! P.S. I tried calling the shop from mycar too. So we didn't feel like cooking last weekend and decided to order in. Man, are we glad we chose The Habit Burger Grill.... Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations, especially for delivery! We ordered two Santa Barbara Char burgers. It isserved on sourdough bread so no alterations were needed for the bread selection! Instead of American Cheese, I swapped mine forSwiss and since I'm allergic to tomatoes, I had mine without tomatoes. The burger was still piled high! Everything wasdelicious! The Santa Barbara Char has two charbroiled patties, avocado, caramelized onions, American Cheese, lettuce, tomato,pickles and mayo. Whew! The best thing about the Habit Burger Grill is that their menus accommodate those that have specificallergies. So that's a plus for those with Celiac Disease or require gluten-free items. This place is kinda pricey but worth it! Everything was delicious, Plus you can substitute any bread for sourdough bread!... Outstanding! I will have to add that I went back and asked for a well-done burger and it was still very pink on the inside sothat was unpleasant. Still worth at-least 4 stars for sure though. Read more

I always have a good experience at the Habit regardless of location and that includes the Noho store on Lankershim. Ordered a salad and chose the fried chicken option. The chicken was under cooked and looks pink and when you bite it feels... extremely cold. I went in to complain about the chicken and they didnt do anything to compensate for me. So i had to toss thesalad away. Waist of money and health. Also every location i go to habit gives barely any fries every time i order. I feel likei get half a portion of fries instead of a full portion. I posted photos as proof. I love their sweet potato fries but amirritated by the fact that they give a very small amount every time i order and when i ask for them to fill the fries properlyor top it off, the workers say that that is their standard portion they give to every one and dont even want to fill my frieslike i ask.
