Incredible food! Best pulled pork sandwich and baby back ribs we have EVER eaten - and we are BBQ snobs. In addition, the... candied yams, corn muffins, coleslaw, and collard greens were also off the charts delicious. Can?t wait to go back and try someother dishes. Everything packaged with care (it?s takeout only right now). Hard working duo at this restaurant- everything ishomemade! Only open Thursday- Sunday so note the limited hours. Omg, this BBQ was incredible!! The brisket melts in your mouth, and paired wonderfully with the BBQ sauce. My mom loved her... pulled pork sandwich! I called asking about my dietary needs, and they were VERY accommodating! (I?m lactose intolerant) I hadtons of choices! The potato salad was the best I?ve ever had! My mom is picky about coleslaw, and she loved it!! My dad got thesmoked beans and collard greens and said they were sooo good! We absolutely loved everything we ordered! This place is not yet a restaurant, but a take-out BBQ. The food quality is excellent - Brisket, Tri-tip, Pulled-Pork are all... delicious & melt-in-your mouth texture. Great flavouring & cool folk working there. Have not tried the sides, except theCole-Slaw, which was excellent. I'm sure this place will evolve into a sit-down restaurant but for now . . . . support thisbusiness & enjoy their meaty offerings!! Read more
This bbq was real deal. The brisket was my favorite. Super tender and good smoke flavor and well seasoned bark. Great dry rub on... the ribs. Personally would prefer spare ribs but the baby backs get the job done. The bbq sauce is so good I ordered extra thesecond time. The sides and cornbread get the job done but bbq stole the show. Brisket was better then Bludso?s or Maple blockimo. Expensive but worth it. Read more
