Been here twice now. Overpriced, bland food. Their garlic sauce is meh, their wraps were soggy and falling apart. Any shawarma... truck on the street is better than this place. Read more
I enjoy the food from Zankou Chicken in North Hollywood. We order from them for pick up often. This last order was a little... disappointing because I ordered large sides instead of plates because I don?t have a car and won?t be able to get food easilyfor the next few days. All the sides were fine except the Chicken Tarna which I paid for a large but got a 3/4 full container.All the other large sides were packed full. Very nicely set up, clean and specious place. Friendly customer service. They have outside sitting arrangements. Plenty of... Parking availability in the front. Cooking time is average. Price seemed just a bit on the high side. But quantity and the sideitems (hummus and salad with pita breads) enough to fill one person. I loved the hummus and the garlic sauce, they were fresh.Beef kabab was tender, juicy and fresh. My daughter gave it a 9/10. Read more
Everything is extremely good especially number 13, the teas and seasoned onions under the rice was incredible. I substitute the... hummus with extra cucumber salad that was very good also, wish they got bigger cup sizes for drinks. This is by far my favoriteplace to eat. Read more
Yummy Shawerma beef and chicken with three side orders included in one platter including generous quantities of tahina, hummus... and vegetables salad and pickles for about $15, don't forget to ask for the garlic sauce. I thought the place was on fire whenI saw around 5 fire trucks outside, but when I went in, I found-out that the whole Fire Department was eating at Zankou Chicken.No wonder, because it's has great taste and it's continuously keep the quality High. Not my style of food but it was tasty. I had the chicken tarna but I should of totally had the kebab like my wife but it was... leaner white meat. The quantity was outrageous which gives it a lot of value especially if you love things like hummus and babakanoush. It?s probably just me but I did leave the restaurant with an upset stomach but it might just be because I?m not used tothis type of foods and seasoning. Read more
I am very disappointed in Zankou ordered 2 wraps to be delivered to my wife in the hospital, Zankou chicken charged me for two... but delivered just one, that is what happens when they-short stuff!! Careless people!!! Read more
