We ended up at First Watch while spending a weekend In Kansas City. It was rather busy but we checked in online and were called... rather quickly. The staff was obviously busy but once the server arrived, the service was very personal and great. We orderedthe smoked salmon eggs benedict, brisket quesadilla with eggs benedict, and fruit pancakes. Servings were adequate and theflavor was great.
