I ordered lemon mixed greens and white chicken chili to go. There was maybe a 1/2 cup of lettuce, no lemon, and only 1/2 of the... bowl was filled with chili. I paid full price for half the food. Check your to-go order before you leave the restaurant. Theywon't answer the phone. Read more

First time eating at First Watch. Fantastic brunch. I had a tasty salad and my daughter had the excellent French toast
We ended up at First Watch while spending a weekend In Kansas City. It was rather busy but we checked in online and were called... rather quickly. The staff was obviously busy but once the server arrived, the service was very personal and great. We orderedthe smoked salmon eggs benedict, brisket quesadilla with eggs benedict, and fruit pancakes. Servings were adequate and theflavor was great. The quality of food from first watch as a whole is declining. I don?t know if it?s because I?m getting food delivered from an... app or what but it?s kinda ridiculous to spend $12 on 3 little burnt pieces of bacon. This sandwich should come with a minimumof 6 slices of bacon! It?s called a Blte emphasis on B. And that is not $4 worth of potatoes. Maybe I?ll use the one on WestportRd going forward. Read more
Know that there will be a wait if you go on a weekend during breakfast/brunch hours, so mentally prepare your mind and stomach... for that. Though cool thing, if you have a small group they have a community table that is open seating on a first come, firstserve basis. So if there seats open, no wait. The food was good enough, the butter on the waffles is cinnamon butter. Thecoffee pot coffee is a litte water down if you?re a picky coffee drinker. The ice latte isn?t too bad. The mimosa, they give youa champagne shooter and a glass of OJ, if you like less OJ, drink it down then pour your champagne. I would recommend going.Great atmosphere and aesthetics. Friendly staff. A very consistent experience no matter which location First Watch delivers every time! High end product served by a friendly... staff in a fun environment. Easy to find with tons of parking behind the building. Every thing was excellent, I like the wayfirst watch leaves the jug of water and pitcher of coffee on the table so I never run out. Just received my food.. time experiencing this place to actually eat myself! I'll come back with an update. Waited in line for... forever!! To pay because they have just one cashier to check everyone out. That's the only thing I'd change thus far. Read more
