After waiting an hour, I called and some how my order didn't go through to their system. when I asked for a refund she proceeded... to tell me there was no charge. I forward my email confirming my payment and nothing was done. Called corporate to have thecharge refunded. No answer from customer support. Guess I'll just eat the charge. USE ANY OTHER JIMMY JOHNS! Ordered the All-american Beefy Crunch and loved my version of it. No lettuce, add tomatoes and easy on the thousand island... dressing, all on sliced wheat bread. This is my new fav. Great delivery and as always very fast. Read more

I asked for them to take the bread out but the bread was still left in, I asked for extra cucumbers but they gave me the normal... amount. Read more

It's a formula that is ok. Not a huge fan of their bread but it will do. Service is a little chaotic with other customers... waiting and leaning in over sandwiches being made. Napkins are mostly unavailable. Read more

Being a Chef I pride myself on good sanitation. Watching one employee handle bake bread with is bare hands. After the use of his... cell phone was crazy. Second after the sandwich was made it was place on the countertop and not bagged up for me. I did itmyself. It was not a busy day. Needs some work. Read more

UPDATE: The manager of this store, and apparently her husband called the police saying I attempted to rob their facility when I... went in demanding a refund. Her "Husband" pretended to jump over the counter like he was going to assault me. They had policeshow up at my house! If I could give zero stars I would! This place DOES NOT DELIVER! Ordered delivery now 5 times over thelast week, and was called back saying: "We don't have a delivery driver today, you'll have to come pick it up." If I wanted topick it up, I wouldn't have ordered delivery! Manager is rude, and telling me it'll be up to a week to receive a refund. Idon't understand how you allow ordering delivery online, only to be called 5 minutes later saying "We don't have deliverydrivers" Management should be fired and replaced with someone competent enough to have enough staff. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JIMMYJOHNS! Read more

The food was great and made to order. The staff is always friendly! I give the staff 5 stars! The raw sewage smell inside the... store is getting stronger. It's very unpleasant, and it makes you want to walk out. Since I ordered online I paid for my foodand left. The management needs to do something, it's not healthy for the employees who work there, and have to smell and breaththe fumes in. Then to mention that you are a food service. Please fix the issue!
