We had wanted to make 2 orders from the drive through but they never came back on the mic to talk to us after the first order... and just called to us from the window to drive up there. Then we made our second order at the window and gave them a card to payfor one order. Then we waited and later realized out they had charged that one card for both orders even though the point ofmaking 2 orders was to pay on separate cards. They didn't even ask us and just did it that way and said there was no way they'dknow we wanted it on separate cards. It also took them a really long time to get our orders out to us even though there wasn'tanybody at the side kiosks ordering and there were at least 4 employees inside. But when we asked to talk to a manager about thepayment issue, they refunded one card and put it on the other one & also then gave us a gift certificate and coins for freedrinks. I was at this sonic's around 12:30 today on 10.3.22 and spent $10.31 for some cold food. Man I wished I would have checked my... bag before I left this location. I sat for between 15-20 minutes for some cold food burger and bun cold, onion rings cold! People please do better this isn't service its cold out robbery! Read more

Would give 0 starts but that?s not an option. I have tried this sonic about 6 times in the last month for drinks only , every... single time it?s a 20 plus minute wait for a drink why the hell does it take so long . Literally the worst customer service andtoday I was a little irritated I had waited 10 min at the stall with the button lit up for no one to answer, so went to thedrive thru tell them I had a drink order on the app and I swear 6 people are at the window when the lady is trying to hand me mydrink , won?t be drinking that it?s obviously a questionable situation if it attracts that many people. I?ll dive completely outof my way from now on to reach a different location. Read more

Seems like every time I go there they can?t get anything right. Waited in line for about 20min and then everything I asked them... to take off of my burger was on it and what I asked them to add was not on it. I worked in drive through in my younger days. Itis listening to what they want and pushing the corresponding buttons. Not that hard just takes a little attention. I wish I hadmore choices closer to work. If so I would never come back. Read more

I have yet to have a bad experience at this Sonic, fact is I rather enjoy it. If you want a bad fast food experience visit the... Wendy's on Truman. They go the extra mile to let you know they don't need your business. Taco-bell right down the road is worseyet. What ever happened to taking pride in your work (especially in the food business.???? This place deserves zeros stars!! They like to clock orders as soon as it comes in. There for they are leaving customers waiting... 30 minutes for a drink! Then refuse to give back my money. The carhop told me since the drink had been made for 30 minutes Iwould at least get a fresh drink! Hell NO she came out saying management told her I had to take this one! Mind you at this pointno I?ve at all! I take the lid off and either they spit in my drink or the ice is disgusting because there was nasty black/brown in my drink!! It was thrown away before I left the parking lot as all the workers got a good laugh which tells me they didsomething wrong!!! I should of kept it and contacted the local police department. I would just do this place a favor and shutdown!!! Read more

7 months ago I came through this sonic. No signs but more than half the parking displays are off and the cones in the stalls has... an off putting feel. The reply I received on my other visit about disappointing me has not truly changed. This location feelslike it is about to shut down and they have given up. Not for sure why but no stall parking only drive through. Signs on allstalls that stalls are only for pick up order only. 6 car deep in the drive through. Took a good 18min to get through. Not forsure what's going on but I will not be back for a while. Read more
