Check your order carefully. Two times I ordered a 10 piece nuggets meal in the span of a couple of weeks. Got ripped off both... times. Only got 7 the first time. Got 9 the second time. 11/01/2022 8:30pm. Read more

My go to Wendy's in the area. Always clean and fast service. Food is hot and fresh and staff is nice. I like eating inside. ... They even have a little fireplace style area with couch like seating but it's usually occupied. Read more

This is by far the only Wendy's to go to in the KC area. All others fail in comparison, the staff are cool, the manager is a... pretty good guy and the gal at the window doesn't play games with your food and it works great. Ordered 4 biggie bags around10pm, food came out good and hot as usual and quickly for the amount they had to fix up. I'm an at least weekly revolvingcustomer for over a year now whom also dashes the area daily. Might I add THEY'RE FAST TOO! Read more

Ordered breakfast on app. Unfortunately they opened way late and made us wait 45 minutes to tell us breakfast was no longer... being served. They cashed out our order and after contacting 2 different managers corporate, multiple stores and 2 Districtmanagers I still have yet to get money back or a call back. This sickens me Wendy's has obviously gotten sold out and customerservice is non existing. Thanks Wendy's for robbing us completely. I will never go to a Wendy's ever again since it'sabundantly clear they don't even want to rectify this by anyone from the store clear up to the corporate world. No thank youWendy's!! Read more

The service was pretty fast considering I got there at the lunch rush. I wasn't overly impressed with the strawberry frosty, but... that was a personal taste issue, not their fault. It was prepared perfectly. My food was freshly prepared and delicious. Goodjob guys! Read more

Placed a mobile order the lobby Is closed. Manager came and opened the door and told me to drive through the drive through. ... Only problem I?m driving a Huge trash truck. Called the phone she answered again and told me to stand in the drive through andwait my turn. Mind you 6 card ahead of me. No way to get a refund from an app order. Read more
