The gremlin owner woman whatever is completely miserable. Running around with her head cut off doing everything but help the... front line employees get orders out of the door. She was by far the most unprofessional franchise owner of a Dominos I have everencountered. The employees were working like robots and this woman couldn't carry a completed order to the front of the store tohand to the customers so they could do what they wanted most. LEAVE. After our order sat for 15 minutes longer than necessary wefinally brought to her attention that we had been waiting longer than we should have. We asked for ranch and she had the nerveto charge us or try to anyway, charge us $.50 for a cup of warm ranch. I kindly reminded her that we received terrible customerservice and she replied by offering us a starting position at the store. You couldn't PAY ME to work under the authority of thattroll ! The food is normally always good but the employees aren?t always up to par, every few phone orders you will get put on hold for... way too long! I just called a few minutes ago and was put on hold forever just to have the same girl who answered, get back onthe phone and say Domino?s then put me back hold as soon as I started talking?. So I called back and it rang for a while beforesomeone picked up and immediately hung up on me! If you're going to close before 730 on Christmas Eve at least put it on the app or somewhere. Go through the whole experience of... putting together a delivery order only at the very end to have a generic failure and try calling it just rings and rings. Justwanted to enjoy some pizza with my wife who had to work a 12 hour shift as an RN. Never ordering Dominos ever again. Read more
I ordered the Buffalo and garlic parmasean wings. The Buffalo was fine, but EXTREMELY disappointed with the garlic parmasean.... Don't trust what you see in the menu. This place is disgusting I worked for them they will drop your food and run it halfway in the oven and say it's re edible I quit... because the manager expects you to work and not get paid they treat they customers wrong especially if you had a problem withyour order the next time you order they will deliberately sabotage your food and serve it to you with a smile idk how OSHA HASLET THIS GO ON FOR SO LONG I BELIEVE THEY ARE PAYING SOMEONE AT OSHA TO NOT SHUT THEM DOWN THEY DONT CLEAN ANY UTENSILS THEY ONSPREY THEM DOWN WITH WATER!
