The last two times I?ve eaten at Gregg?s I?ve attempted to order salmon. The first time it came out looking like a fresh catch,... face down and face up was shiny skin covering the whole thing. I was so turned off, I didn?t eat. Then last weekend I orderedit. When it arrived, everyone at the table noticed a strong smell of rotten fish. Not sure how the kitchen and waitstaff couldmiss this. I sent it back. My replacement meal came after everyone else finished. I complained online assuming a big restaurantlike Gregg?s would want to try and make up for this. NOPE. The manager went so far as to tell me I only waited 5 minutes whichwas not the case. If you want a bad meal, this is the place for you. Read more
We got there as soon as it opened up so it was pretty empty. The staff here are incredible extremely nice and very... accommodating. Even the manager came by the table and asked how we were doing and how the food was. I haven't been here manytimes maybe twice. The food was awesome and the prices are fair. Read more
LOVE the new outdoor seating area. Nice touch. Our bartender was very nice. Due to staff shortage, she was slammed which led to... slow service, but she was good and didn't show stress. Food was good. Drinks were weak and served in plastic which isn'tpreferred for me. Read more
Really enjoy sitting in the outdoor space on Sunday afternoons. Good is always good with a large menu. If we had one wish it... would be the live music was just a smidge softer. No fun yelling to your tablemates so they can hear you. Read more
The service was horrible. No silverware. Meal was delivered without any silverware. After 7 minutes had to ask another waitress... for silverware. When done with the meal the table was never cleaned. Had dessert while the original meal plates were on table.The waitress forgot to bring check when dessert was finished. She said when she came back. That?s right you need your check.Unbelievable. We go here every once in a while and sit in the lounge. This particular night we opted for a couple of appetizers and drinks... rather than a meal. It did not appear to be terribly busy. We ordered calamari and chicken wings. I am sorry to say, but we werea little disappointed. The wings were overcooked and the calamari was undercooked. My husband doesn't like to complain so wedidn't say anything. Looking back at it, however, we should have said something. How can they correct a problem if you don'ttell them? ???? I believe everyone deserves a second chance, so we will go back. This is the first time we have had an issue.The food is usually good. We descended at 7:30 pm with 10 for dinner. Took about 15 minutes to seat us all at the same table. Very patient and... thoughtful waitress made difficult ordering (teens and small kids who kept changing their minds) a pleasure. Food was excellentand service was terrific. Most ended the evening with pieces of Gregg's amazing cakes and pies! Read more
I've gone to Greg's for many years. All different locations as well. One sandwich that I get frequently they changed the... ingredients caused it to be super spicy. No one told me I ordered an 8 half of the sandwich only to make my Crohn's disease actup. I think that the server should have warned me and understand the menu better.
