Staff is incredibly nice but that's where it stops. $9 for a smoothie ($11 if you want to add protein) and it's all... chemicals/powders, no whole foods whatsoever. They also didn't have the nutritional information available when I asked for it -which in my mind would be table-stakes for a milkshake store. Just know what you're getting into. You're better off gettingsushi next door and a milkshake from Newport Creamery if you're concerned with macros. They also took my email/phone number tomake an account to "remember my order" but I'm suddenly getting Herbalife emails out of nowhere. No proof but I suspect it'srelated. Read more

Hello North Kingstown, brief short review : I heard about herbal life a very long time ago I was not fully committed as no one... really gave me that one on one experience nor did I feel welcome at other clubs I've went to however when I came across that Ihad on the newspaper at that Kim was going to open shaking it up nutrition I was so excited as something like this could changemy life . I can honestly say the staff is the best not to mention my favorite person Kim not only as a couch but as a friend, Iwould like to tell everyone who reads this review to stop by you will not be disappointed ! ? the change starts within you , andthe people that will help you along the way make it worth while , choose shaking it up nutrition to be there for you , you won'tbe disappointed , so many transformations including my very own?
