I have been to this Starbucks multiple times due to my friend having lived in North Kingstown for a couple of years. For the... most part, it is hit or miss. They will close early all the time without updating their hours, and some days will just randomlynot be open. My experience about ten minutes ago was a huge miss. My partner ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, and both he andI agree that there was no pumpkin in the drink (tasted like a black cold brew with foam on top). I ordered a matcha green tealemonade with one pump of peppermint in it. My drink tasted like water colored green with a splash of peppermint. Based on theway they rung it up (I've attached a picture), the person had no idea how to make this drink. I would rather have that admittedto me than for someone to give me the wrong drink. Lemonade should not be watered down. The drink is simply lemonade, ice, FOURscoops of matcha (not one!) And a pump of peppermint. NO water or other tea. I could have turned around and gotten my orderfixed, but I never want to be that person. Hopefully this review helps training become more efficient. Read more
