Always a great place to pop in and grab a slice of pie, a small calzone, or their gloriously heart clogging garlic knots

My favorite restaurant in RI. Delicious, beautifully prepared homemade dinners, breads and desserts. If any of my friends read... this and want to take me out for my birthday, this is the place I?d like to go! I?m taking my friend to dinner there tonight forHER birthday. Nice place with great food. The staff was nice and helpful, but the manager or whoever that lady is needs to chill.

From NK and had some guest from VT. While eating g a bottle of wine fell from shelf onto the table, shattered and soaked our... guest with wine. Coat, top shirt, pants and inside her boots..The owner offered to move us to a different table with littleconcern for our guest's well being. While our guest very expensive cloths may be salvaged via dry cleaning and will be chargedto the resturant, the owner took a salad cost off the bill. I'm not sure what proper etiquette calls for but I bet deductingthe cost of a salad will not pass.. The owner appeared unconcerned . If you go there be sure to wear old clothes and protectivegear. LOVED my fluke dinner. All my compadres loved their dishes as well. Best food I have had in a long time. Lovely serving staff. ... A bit hard to have a conversation. Acoustics couldn't support the din. Read more

We ventured across the bridges from Newport to Wickford and had a delicious dinner at Tate's. The bread is outstanding and... baked in house. I can't recall a better Cesar salad; they make their dressing. Pastas are all fresh and the menu has niceoptions. I understand that it's difficult to get a table, so we were lucky to get in. They have the pizza place next door, sothat's on our list to check out. I'll bet it's really good based on the bread that they bake. Read more
