I went to this gas station to buy some orange juice. When I opened it, the seal was opened as well! Someone tampered with the... ?simply orange juice? at this 7-Eleven. When I walked in no one was around to geeet me and I had to hello can I get help .. Employee Joe said he was new and didn't know... where key is .. come to find out key is lost and no sales could be made .. from there Joe became rude with me and irritatedwith a line of customers was very rude suggesting just goBest Buy or Walmart .. I set my son in to the store to purchase a gift card with my debit card. The teller refused to sell my child the gift card... stating ?that they only except cash as a method of payment for gift cards.? when I entered the store with my son to rectify theissue, the teller became very defensive when I questioned him about his decision not to sell my child the gift card although Iauthorize my son to utilize my card and gave him my pin number. When I looked it up online to verify if there was any merit towhat this teller told my child, there, in black-and-white it stipulates that Gift cards may be purchased using cash or card.This was on the 7-Eleven website. This teller unlawfully refuse services to my African-American child. Not cool. I will bespeaking with management tomorrow. Read more

Every time I come here for a drink with my kids the lady at the register always says. "He's hyper." And laughs. Every time I... say, "My son is autistic and non verbal and has sensory processing disorder." Mind you, my child isn't yelling, or runningaround the store, he is holding my hand and flapping his hand. Please educate your employees on special needs. I shouldn't haveto explain EVERY time we go here which is 5x a month. Read more
This is a very good convenient store. They have a great variety of snacks. And they have some good deals as well. They also have... a cool rewards program. I like this chain. They always have a lot of the types of snacks and drinks that we like to choose from.And they usually have pretty good deals as well. I will definitely come back here for snacks. Read more
