Every morning I come to this location in hopes for them to be quick but I wait at least 30-40 mins in the drive thru. Manager is... not pleasant at all. They need to be a little more fast pace. I love Dutch Brose, but this location is the worst I have ever been to! It is mainly teens working here and they have no... customer service. I have tried this location three times and all three times have been a bad experience. I?d rather drive theextra mile and go to a much better location. They managed to mess up my order all three times and had to make me wait and remakeit. Also, they always have the music full blast to the point where I cannot hear the person of the window. Read more
Mood- Black Tea Coffee Style As many people know, I cant have coffee. And goodness it is hard. So many flavors so many ways.... But I have found through trial and error I can still enjoy the flavors just with Black Tea. No it is not 100% spot on likecoffee, but I will tell you this it works just fine. Upon driving up I was greeted by Tony. We went over the menu and what Iwanted. I opted for the Carmel Pumpkin Brulee- Black Tea style. Now Tony came up with the perfect pairing for everything totaste just like perfection in a cup. This location just like the others. There is drive thru or walk up window. Depending onhow busy they get, you order with a walk up order taker or place the order directly at the window. All of the employees arebrought from the other 5 locations the owner has. I would recommend downloading the app as the points rack up quickly. Wouldmost def recommend - pricing is cheap. You are def not paying SB prices at all. Customer service is on point. I hope thecustomer continues as it is brand new right now. It is nice to have this addition to our area. 45 minute drive thru wait is absolutely ridiculous. I understand this is a new location but maybe some more training and/or more... staff. And once you enter you can?t easily leave or back out. Read more
