This jack in the box is horrible. My order was wrong and they did not apologize. I went to the door and the lady ignored me. I... rarely get good service. Idk who the manager is but it starts from the top and either the manager is horrible or the districtmanager is. If this is just a stand alone franchise then shame on jack in the box! It sucks there is no customer service thesedays. The prices are high and they act like you are trying to get over if you expect something taken off or a courtesy drink item for being inconvenienced. I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Ranch Club, and for nearly $7 for JUST THE SANDWICH, it is a major rip off! The piece of chicken... was barely bigger than a sauce packet! I have one question, why are the doors and drive thru closed before scheduled closing time? And not by a few minutes, by 35... minutes and from what I can tell maybe even longer. Tonight I pulled into jack n the box, the closest one to my home afterpassing 3 other locations otw home. I chose this location so my food would be hot and some what fresh. Unfortunately I was leftdisappointed and hungry as the facility stopped serving guest early. This isn?t the first time I?ve witnessed this but the firsttime I?m truly disappointed. In my 10 years of food service I?ve never once broke protocol to benefit myself and this is a clearoveruse of power. I will be reporting this location until the managers are replaced and the service meets some standard thecustomers deserve. Read more
I'm writing this review while sitting in your parking lot for 20 minutes in 110° heat. I ordered in the drive thru and was told... to pull up in front of the store. There is no covered parking and no shade whatsoever. I am literally dripping in sweat, and Ican't talk to anyone since the front doors are closed.
