Yeah so the closing time on the window said 10:30pm, came here at 6:45pm and both doors were locked. Went through the drive... through and they took a minute to answer after I asked if they were closed then the guy at the drive through said "sorry, we'reopen, I don't know why my coworkers are playing like that". Apparently this KFC doesn't need or want any business so avoid themif at all possible. Read more
This was the worst KFC ever. I will never go here again. The food was not the problem it was the service. How do they even allow... their workers to be so disrespectful. First they messed up my order and I was on my lunch break and had to go back through thedrive thru to tell them about their mistake, which I was nice about even though I was wasting my lunch dealing with theirmistake. Then I pulled on the side of another driver at the window just to grab my biscuit when the girl yells out after shegives it next time wait! Excuse me I said? She said she pointing to the lady inside? (Who I never seen or heard) said next timeto wait. I said well next time please don?t get my order wrong and I won?t have to wait, which I was nice about! And she shut meup with her hand and said bye have a nice day rudely like trying to get rid of me. BAD SERVICE! My co workers warned me aboutthis shady place, but I tried to give them a chance and they did the same thing to me as they did them. I never like to give badreviews, but this was unacceptable and everyone needs to know NOT to waste your time with this place and go somewhere else. Thenegative energy coming from them is not worth the food! I never get mad/angry/disturbed, etc., but they seemed to make me comeout of character. Never again! I would give them no stars if I could! Order online. Told food would be ready. Isn't ready. Go inside and entire staff fooling around enjoying themselves. Maybe take... your work more seriously and online orders would be done or the drive through not take so long. Read more
They never have crispy chicken ready, every time I visited the store. The last time I asked for fries no salt. The clerk went... and grabbed me fries full of salt and she looked puzzled when I asked is there salt on it. I asked for fresh fries and the tookthe old fries through them in the fryer and gave them back to me.. This has to be the worse KFC in America.. They need a newcrew and management Read more

Extremely slow service. Sat in drive through tonight for 14 minutes while their system rebooted. It?s necessary to check your... bag before you leave to make sure you have all of your food as well. They seem to always be out of something. Read more
