I was pretty upset because they charged me the tip of 18% on my ticket, We were 3 adults and 2 kids. This is NOT 5 Stars... restaurant. also they charged and additional fees to pay with your debit card. Seriously!!!!! why kind of people owns thisrestaurant. If you want to charge 18% on tips, you should have super extra clean restrooms, and great customer service, whichthis restaurant does NOT have. I dont mind paying when I received a great service and when facility is clean, but I am prettyupset at this Restaurant :( Read more
First of all, if you want to order pick up?good luck and may the force be with you if you get someone to answer. Secondly, the... customer service lags. You might wait about 40 minutes if lucky for your food. So, maybe have a snack before cominghere. Thirdly, some of the waitresses have attitude. I don?t know if it?s because they are frustrated and annoyed but, some arestuck up and mean. Otherwise on a good note, food is good not the best but, just simply good. Besides sometimes giving you theruns after a bit. You should probably take a pamper if you can?t make it to the bathroom. Horrible Customer service, there super rude and they take forever to take your order and they take even longer in bringing your... food. So disappointed cause it's the nearest Salvadorian restaurant near me and now I don't even want to go there after the badservice I got. We actually were at the restaurant adjacent in the parking lot but that wait time was unbearable just for some bacon n eggs, we... had heard this location was really good and let me tell you the rumors ARE true.. It is excellent food no doubt... A bit of await to be served and pay but we had no long lines to wait.. Highly recommend this place Read more
We went there for lunch on a Friday, Service was bad and not because of the waitress but because the is only two people working... and they can not get to people in a reasonable time. One of them was taking orders, taking orders out to the tables, cleaningthe dirtytables, the second person was at the cashier, also getting takeout orders ready for pickup, taking phone orders. Therewere lot of dirty tables, pupusas were good when we finally got them. The owner should not be so CHIP and schedule more than twoservers specially when HE knows it gets busy. Went there tonight, bought 10 pupusas and when I got home my order was all wrong, it's like they just give you whatever they... have ready or what!!?? I seriously don't know but this was my first and last time at this place. Not only I got my order allwrong but also the quality and the taste of their food is really bad!!! I will 0 stars ???? if it was possible. We had dinner here and the first bad thing was the a/c. It was hot and humid. We did tell the waitress if it was on and she said... she had just turned it down but it never got cool. The second thing was the attitude of the waitress. When asked about thehorchata, she said that it was a different style and not like the Mexican type. She never described it nor was she friendlyenough to go over the Salvadorian drinks. The third was the charging of the tip of a party of 5 and more. This one was the worstbecause there was no customer service throught the dinning experience and for this place it is outrageous that they include thetip. Still that awesome taste of Central America food, they try to keep low the prices of pupusas $2.25 per each. I'm giving them 4... stars just because they lower the portions of the food. Read more
