I can't justify paying $3 for a tiny taco from a truck. They do not have the overhead that a restaurant has. Monthly lease,... utilities, etc. Taco truck should be no more than $2. Taco. Do that and they will sell lots of tacos. Unless they are homemadecorn tortillas, pressed and made fresh in front of you and a larger size tortilla then they might be worth $3. Read more
I should have taken a photo before diving in. I ordered one of each taco (3) and after eating a bite of the steak and dove in.... Marinate on the meat is perfectly flavored. Ate the second with whole chunks of pineapple in it and devoured it. I threw a Celebration Of Life party for my mom this past Saturday, and I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience... with LVTaco & Peter. Not only did the Caterer arrive on time, but he was also early! He was well prepared, set everything up,served all the food, and was polite to my guests. THE FOOD was sabrosísimo! ^_^ I not only love tacos but GOOD tacos. I wentwith the standard package of 3 types of meat (Asada, Chicken & Al pastor) and was NOT disappointed. My whole family complimentedme on the food, and we all went back for seconds. I also want to say that I was impressed with the communication with thebusiness owner. From the timely response that I received from my initial request for pricing, to the follow up that I receivedthe day before the event to confirm the arrival time frame, the communication was clear and respectful.
