Not impressed. We walked in and the hostess seemed uninterested. Walked us to our table showed us the QR code for the menu. We... immediately noticed how dirty the table was. Not only was it sticky but you could still clearly see and feel the cup/plate ringsand leftovers from dropped food on it. The only reason they?re getting 2 stars is the friendliness of the waiter. He was cool.We ordered drinks from him and he brought out the water cups and a jug for water. I pop the lid of the jug and immediately see ared ring around the white plastic opening where the water comes out. We scraped it with a plastic straw and it wasn?t a stain.It was some kind of residue. We couldn?t bring ourselves to eat there. If that?s how they keep the lobby and the dishes whatdoes the kitchen look like? We finished our drinks and left. Read more
The food was really good. There's something for everyone whether you eat fish or not. Google maps got us in the door claiming... this was a Kaizen Fusion location. It may be a sister loc. or same company with a different menu. What kept this from being 5stars was the service. We were not informed that all day Saturday is dinner pricing for AYCE and the server gave more care andattention to making disposal dipping sauces than he did our table/order... We ordered a Bento with Veggie Tempura and a regorder of Veggie Tempura. The server set the reg order in front of the person who ordered the Bento without a word of who it'sfor. We had to order another one... He kept leaving quickly when trying to place an order, causing me to look and ordereverything at one time (ordered too much this way, of course) so that I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back, which hehadn't, so good thinking on my part. Might try again since the food was so good in taste and see if the horrible service was afluke. Read more

Got here at 9pm on the dot and they said they couldn?t seat us although they still had 2 hours until closing and the signs on... the door say last call 10pm?the man working there said he could seat us and the woman said she couldn?t. We drove 20 minutesfrom home for nothing. This is upsetting because we frequent this location often. Very bad for business. Change your door signsand have a better business plan. Also last time we were here they took a long time to get us drinks and also took 15 minutesjust to get us a check. The sushi wasn?t the greatest. We recommend I love sushi in Henderson Read more

HORRIBLE experience! They advertise as open till 10:30PM but then have signs posted on the door that last seating/last call is... at 10:00 PM. ? Fine, but?.. We arrived at 9:20pm on a Saturday night (40 minutes before their posted ?last seating? time) andwere turned away! I explained we had just driven 30 minutes to get there after having called ahead to confirm their closingtime - they could care less. Worse was the cocky attitude of the manager (see photos). Note: While we were standing there,another family of four showed up with their two children ? who were also turned away. Quite a poor experience, and the owner/?manager?, well he is not much of one. We just moved to Las Vegas about 2-months ago and we?ve eaten here 4 times already! Each time the food was perfect. We... definitely recommend doing the all-you-can-eat, because they have such a variety of different dishes to try...OMG, I left therean hour ago and still feel stuffed to the gills. Lastly, I must mention the exceptional customer service; the staff there arekind, patient, attentive...just amazing!!! Read more
Don't think we'll be going back here anymore. Service is getting worse and worse. Their rolls don't even look like the pictures.... Last night the takeout lady lied and said our order just came out even though no one was near the area she grabbed our foodfrom. 50 minute wait as well with hardly anyone in the restaurant. On another visit here we got all you can eat and myboyfriend accidentally ordered the wrong amount thinking there was only 2 pieces per order when it was actually 8. So we hadalmost 40 pieces of sushi after already eating so much and almost full and the waiter even said he felt like that wasn't rightbut put the order through anyway.... then the rest of the night they wouldn't stop laughing at us.
