Food was great but the portions are getting smaller and the prices are rising.
The Panda Express in the Aliante Casino is very clean and comes with great service. I am a regular there and I usually see the... cashier named Kaitlyn. There was a T-Mobile Tuesday free item where you get a panda bowl you just have to place your order through the app and come... pick it up. So we do that and there was someone that had already made our food and the receipt says l to go to the register forpickup. Some the woman back there were rude to my spouse and I telling us we have to back the the end of the line because a fewother people had walked in the store. We were already there for like 10 minutes. And everyone was ordering the same thing thenew customers still needed their food made. Mine was already set aside. So instead of us just handing us our food so we couldleave they chose to yell and be rude and make us wait for 20+ more minutes. It was just ridiculous. The only reason I?m evengiving it 2 stars is because they remade my food. Customer service is terrible in Las Vegas period. But y?all wanna make $15 anhour hahaha. That?s funny. Read more
They close at 10 but when i went around 9 40 they told me they could not serve me because the kitchen was closed and someone... bought out the rest of the product that was there. Terrible service.. Only place i eat at is panda express when i come to thealiante. Never again. Read more
Got there right before they were going to close, they did a great job, and Nikita was a really really nice and friendly person.... She treated me very well right before the clothes, instead of the majority of places that would treat you trash. She was verykind and gentle, and when I did everything and ordered the food and finish off and closed out the sale, I felt very very happyand very pleased with the food that they gave me. Thank you very much Nikita, thank you also for the owners that keep the placevery clean, the service was very fast and easy, and in the kitchen in the service, everyone was very well knowledgeable.
