I just had 1 of my 3-topping pizzas missing an entire ingredient. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Second time I've ordered from this location, second time I've had an issue with my order. Last time no one called me, even after... I contacted corporate. This time I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to help me. Barely had any toppings on my pizza, wasvery dry and hard, arrived cold. Definitely not true to the Pizza Hut brand. We ordered 2 medium pizzas with 5 toppings each. They were ready very fast, TO FAST! The crusts we not cooked, there was no... sauce on either( one bbq the other garlic Parm so easy to tell) and not enough toppings to tell the two apart. The Asst Mngr didgive us a $20 credit to get more pizzas but not sure we'll even use it. Read more
I had an urge for a pizza and did a walk-in when I spotted the Hut. I did a counter order. I must admit, I was surprised at the... courteous face to face service. It was refreshing in light of how other vendors don't want to be bothered with walk-ins. Theyfeel they are getting what THEY want by insisting that you order through an app. I got a fresh, hot pizza in regular time for adecent price. I took it home. It smelled good in the car! When I opened the box, I sort of paused as I was looking it over. Iordered a large pepperoni. There was a sort of visual similarity between what I ordered and what I received. I stared at thescattered red circles for a moment before I recognized them as pepperoni. They appeared to be wafer thin compared to the slicesI am use to with other vendors. I looked on and I felt like I had ordered a pizza from a soup kitchen. Apparently there wassome confusion as to how the end result should look. It was, however, round, almost. The sauce was not uniformly applied,neither was the cheese or the thin pepperoni. One slice of this disorganized circle qualified to be a slice of cheese pizza.Seeing what I had, the price no longer seemed reasonable. I had ? of a good pizza. I was feeding my craving, but eating withoutsatisfaction. I have a photo of the pizza that I can show them if I should return in the near future. If this is the norm, Iwill not return again. Yooooo, so a homie and I biked in (1st time at this location) at 11:10, (close to closing) and the Manager along with Employee... "Cory", working the register were super helpful and had an amazing attitude. Cool people, cool place. Definitely will be comingback more often. Read more
I love the Pizza Hut location! Thank you Ty for being so awesome always and my last experience I received wonderful customer... service from Tracey as well. I have lived in this area for a while but would drive to a different Pizza Hut because the servicewas not good and the pizza barely had toppings and was sloppily put together. Keep up the good work team! Read more
I ordered online, what i ordered was rather picky due to my son, and what he will eat. (He is on the spectrum) Received our... order wrong, I called, explained what I ordered, (special instructions didnt show from the app)no problems they will remake andsend it out again. 2nd one, was also wrong, ???? However, i called again, explained what I needed and was sorry to be thatperson, but i just really needed it that specific way. They completely understood, made it again for the third time, and sent itout. We got it, perfectly made, and the boy is eating!! Success!! I just want to add, at no point were the employees ordrivers rude, annoyed, or anything. They were very professional and took care of us. Very much appreciated! Thank you Pizza HutEmployees for your kindness and understanding tonight, this momma needed it!!!! This Pizza Hut is fast and tasty. Every time I've ordered from them, they've exceeded my expectations.
