Red Lobster on Craig rd disappointed me today. Service was an 10 but food had changed. The mussels wore cooked in an Cajun sauce... rather than the wine sauce. Someone forgot to notify the ordering person they wore out of trout. Major bummer and the Louisianasalmon with shrimp was not on point. The good news is we arrived between 4:30 and 5 pm and was placed in an booth. Noreservations needed. Plenty of handicap parking if needed. Over all the service made up for the smaller portions but hefty pricetag that Red Lobster is known for. Next time I’ll be doing lunch lol. Read more
We joined the wait list prior to coming and it was a 30 minute wait. We arrived right at 30 minutes. Despite them not being... busy, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the table. Once we were seated Marissa was our waitress. She took our drinkorders and brought the drinks back. Then, she decided to go back to bring the biscuits. We were given our salads but nosilverware. We had to wait for Marissa to roll some. I want to reorder that it is NOT busy at all. There's no reason that thereshould not be silverware rolled. Come on now people, let's do your job as expected. Marissa did come refill our teas once wehad drank about half of it. Good job there! As we were trying to eat our salads, a kid stood up in the seat and bent over therailing on top of the wall divider singing and talking loudly. This is another poor experience here this evening. I do NOT needsomeone to stand over me while I eat, let alone yelling and talking loudly. I asked Marissa to say something to the parents orelse I would. This is ridiculous that someone would allow their kid to stand up on the seats and yell over the divider whilepeople are eating. At this point, you're at zero stars but that's NOT an option so you're at one star which is the lowest I cangive. Maybe this was just an off night because the service has been terrible. Read more
I went in for lunch today. I haven't been in in awhile. The young man at the desk greeted me right away. And ask me how many... was in my party? I said one and he seated me and ask me if there was anything else he could do and that my server would be rightwith me. (Erikka R.) My server came right over and got me started. Soooo delicious!!! Definitely went back for more!!! 100/10 recommend. Also the staff was soo nice and attentive!
The best part about this Red Lobster was the waiter, Domo. He checked on us frequently and even when the kitchen was messing up... the kept us "comfortable". I ordered the lobster it was suppose to come with a maine lobster tail and a rock lobster tail but Ionly received the maine lobster. The Supervisor was a little too aggressive for my liking and after she convinced me to getanother maine lobster tail it still took 30 minutes for me to get it. Will as you can imagine my whole party had finished dinnerby then. I suggest asking before you order if they have the item(s) that you want to order (my opinion) I'm not a big fan of redlobster but the food that I received was pretty good. Read more
We came here for our anniversary, I had never been before and it had been many years for my husband as well. The decor is very... immersive and clean, it really felt beachside to us. Our waitress was Kristen, she was awesome, really on top of it and helpful. Food was all delicious and perfectly cooked! Read more

Place was very clean to start.. no wait, got seated right away at 7pm. Red flag? Nah, it was Monday. They double sat our server... with a party of 15, we were a party of 7.. She was great, when we saw her.. kept drinks coming but food service was slow, wasn't busy either.. Forgot butter sauce and sides and dressings when bringing out food and salads.. even forgot tools to breakopen and eat the crab legs we ordered! BEST PART.. crab legs were very overdone! Cracking open the legs and having the meat juststick to the inside of the legs!? As a seafood joint that is unacceptable.. I complained to the server and showed her the crablegs and got an " I'm sorry." At $40 for a pound of tiny meatless crab legs, she should have sent over a manager or taken themoff the bill imo. VERY DISAPPOINTED! On top of all that we were there for 2 hours and 15 min! That's how slow everythingwas. Take this review as you will and good luck if you still go! Read more
