Fast Service, Food was excellent ???? tonight..not very busy I enjoyed the atmosphere.
Came in and ordered, they were cleaning and had a bicycle behind the register. I would have wait but she motioned for my order.... I order and see the guy in back put the bucket down and with one glove on from cleaning grab the raw meat with both hands andput it in the fryer. If you go here WATCH them make your food and call them on that BS. So grossed out, won't be back. No handwashing here! Read more

Literally the best service I've ever received at roberto's, probably some of the best service I've ever received at any fast... food place. I watched the cashier grab someone's rolled tacos with her bare hands and put them in the deep fryer. My wife's food was sitting... in a pool of grease inside the styrofoam container, which it burned a hole in and made a huge mess. And my carne asada nachosjust tasted bad. Read more

3:36 in the morning just now leaving who ever working this shift a women and a man with glasses stole my phone and my cashapp... card and tried to charge me $50 for it back.
