Always great service, and even though the lines can get a bit long at times, they move very quickly. I got my free reusable cup... yesterday! Select Starbucks locations give out the free reusable cups once a year & I got lucky that I was able to get onebefore they ran out. I'm a regular at Starbucks & especially love their holiday drinks. It is 10/03/2022 and I got here at 9:45 and the girls in there refuse to take any drive through orders. They are closing early... and making up their own business times. Food on the floor defrosting next to a mop. Very sanitary. Whole store look like a pig pen. Broom or using the mop that?s... leaning on food once in a while wouldn?t hurt you. Read more
This place is so dirty, there are only 4 chairs on the handicapp table, trash everywhere including the bathroom. We cleaned our... own table as well. However the drive though is busy and the drinks are great lol. Therefore leads me to believe it isunderstaffed like most businesses today! Read more

Listen I love Starbucks and go way too much. I am a very patient person and don?t mind the wait. I know when I go to this... Starbucks the wait will be long so I turn on a show and wait patiently but what I do not appreciate is rude service! The man(don?t know his name) but he was the one who took my payment asked if I needed a drink carrier and I said yes. I waited anotherwhile and he gave me my food first which everything was great up until he said goodbye and I asked for my drinks. He gave meattitude right away. I asked for straws and he got the straws in his hand and proceeded to have a side conversation with anotherperson in the store then gave them to me in an aggressive manner. Like I said, I never mind the wait. I saw the long line and Ichose to wait but don?t ever give me bad service. You?re not giving me these drinks and food for free!
