This is the first negative review I?ve had to post. I hope this inspires management to change how they train their friendly... staff on making drinks. They are out of regular items often and this is not the first time my ?Grande? drink was given to mewith ?Tall? drink levels. It was about 2/3 full. I couldn?t believe it. I know the staff could feel how light it was when theyhanded it to me. I had a meeting to get to or I would have asked for it to be made again. Spending $11 for coffee and a snack istoo much anyway. I won?t be back. I?ve given this location so many chances to improve without complaint because I know the staffare working as hard as they can with the tools they have. Ultimately, the customer is paying too much for this type ofexperience though. I should have read the reviews to see how fast this location has declined in quality. This Starbucks locationalso has inconsistent lobby hours. I?ve scheduled meetups during posted hours only for the door to be locked with no explanationand my guest needing to drive 15 minutes to another location. Glad I downloaded the Dutch Bros app because their rewards programrocks and the coffee is so much better. It?s only two minutes east of this Starbucks location on Craig Road. If management fixesthis issue, and comments on what they are doing to fix all these negative reviews I will give it another chance because I?m asucker for giving businesses 12th chances. Nothing like paying for your food then being told you have to go back through the drive through. Tony refused to serve a cake... pop and muffin because he cannot handle the drive through. The management should really do something about someone who refusesto sell food. SMH Read more

I stopped for a quick pick me up this afternoon. The staff was quick, capable and friendly. The store was super clean.

02.07.2022 - Just came from the drive thru where I met barrista: Ms. Kara. She is wonderful. She knows how to strike a... conversation. Especially, me being a very very busy person, she asked me of how was my day, then I ranted to tell her a briefabout my day. She is a good listener and responder. As a result, she helped reduce my stress and issues just by bantering withme a bit. I wish we have more of her. Very open amd soft-spoken. Will be a returning customer again. Just for that. Thank you. Ireally appreciate it. P.S. Her hair in on fleak!! And please train her really good. I think she could be a leader someday! Keepup the good work, Ms. Kara. 08.09.2022 - Once again!! Iv been a regular at this starbucks since it opened and i come here 2-3x a day. Everyday. I spend around $3-400 a month on... Starbucks. Everytime i come i order 2-5 drinks for my whole family or send my little sister for drinks for us all. But thatclearly doesnt matter to this team, my loyalty doesnt matter to them, and they clealry have no loyalty to me. My drinks arenever made correctly and i even opted to just ask for a completely different drink to avoid the issue. I dont even feel likediscussing the issue that occured 3 days ago (7 22) but i asked for my drink to be remade and the barrista (Christina) was upsetand said ?if you dont like how our drinks are made you can go to a different starbucks? which was so rude to say specially bcshe knows im a regular here, iv been coming here before she even worked here to begin with. I have never been rude i have alwaystreated the entire team with kindness, even when they dont. Sometime i come and the person at the window doesnt even greet me,just asks for payment and hands me my drink and closes the window. Imagine going home with a drink that didnt taste right andthen driving back just to ask for it to be remade and you arent even mad and you ask kindly, Gas is high and i came back. Iasked nicely and i had absolutely no anger inside i just wanted my drink remade (a medicine ball that was made with just teabags and water no lemonade and no honey? Two of the essentials for a sore throat) and i get a slap in the face with a rudebarrista who tries to dismiss me and even tells me to go to a different location instead. I can tell you the amount of times mydrink has been made wrong and just to not bug the crew, or bc the line is long i just drive to another starbucks and ask forwhatever the drink was missing and modify it on my own. Its funny thats being such a loyal customer, and supporting thislocation for 4+ years means nothing special to a barrista who just started working here. Believe the bad reviews. I?ll gl Read more

Just drove through for two beverages. The caramel Frappuccino is liquid- no substance, no cream. Not worth $5.75. I called... twice/ no answer. Ticket # is 719368 for 2 beverages $11.60. A free beverage is warranted for a tasteless and inferior $6frappe. I?m not willing to drive back when I?m due at work. Next time I?m in the area I?ll stop by for credit. Read more

I love this Starbucks because it?s right next to my house! The service is awesome! Every time I go there I am always treated... with respect. Everyone is so lively and attentive. The food and drinks are really delicious even though they do seem to run outof stuff often. They are the busiest Starbucks since they are on Craig road but they always give you other options if they areout of something you want. My favorite barista at this location is Christina she has always been so nice to me since I firststarted coming here. ???? Read more
