I ordered online and when I went inside to inquire about the app, I waited inside for my order and when others came in after me... and got served, I was left sitting and waiting for an extended period of time, they placed my order for outgoing pickup butnever called my name like they did the others, so I was left to think they were still working on mine. Until, I went up thereand saw the one still there was in fact mine. It had been there for quite some time. I asked them why didn't they call my name,and no response. I then asked where is my side, well the young lady responded, they didn't have that. So, I asked is there areplacement, she said chips. So, now my food is cold and I didn't get what I ordered. Terrible staff. I made a mobile order and paid for extra dressing. Apparently, that is a problem with one of the staff he gave... me only one dressing so I mentioned it and pointed out I paid for extra. He tells me ?oh well I seen the add on but I gave youone so yea.? I said may I have another please because again I paid for it. Of course, he brings me a small amount in acompletely different size container than the one in my bag. So my husband tells me to pull around he will go in. Once insidethey are taking about me as he entered inside, they were in the back but loud enough to still be heard after standing for awhile with no one speaking to him he gets someone's attention and explains I just wanted what I paid for can I please get thesame amount of dressing in the same size container the first one is in. They guy rolls his eyes and says ? what did I need allthat dressing for anyway he has already gave me one that should be enough.? I don't know who hired this young clown but he andthe other staff need to understand that's not good for business. They are not consuming our food so why judge what we put in ourbodies? I will not be back to this location and I suggest someone tells that young boy that even though he is flamboyant itdoesn't give him a right to act that way and be feisty to people for nothing. And he completely gave my husband the dressingwith mean face and no words just eye rolling. This location is a joke. I had ordered the smoothie and quesadilla combo, it was also supposed to come with a side order. I... didn?t get my side order. My quesadilla was burnt and I couldn?t even eat it. The service sucked.The employees had no idea whatthey were doing and they were rude. I sent an email to corporate and never got a response. Visited Friday night, 8/19/22 .. First time using the app. 2 wraps with smoothies was $34.. the wraps were folded wrong and... split. They didn?t have the Add-ons I paid for on the app and didn?t refund me. They claimed it was because they didn?t havecontainers or something. I seriously could?ve done so much more with what I paid. The smoothies were liquidy and didn?t have thethick consistency. The staff didn?t acknowledge me when I first made it to the drive thru. I had to drive around twice ? staffwas short and this entire order was disgusting. 9/3/22? Updating my review to include the response I received in the mail. Witha $6 gift card. I truly wish I could?ve disputed this charge altogether. What can you even buy for $6 at Tropical Smoothieanyways ? The purpose of my review wasn?t for a hand out or gift card. Only reason I'm giving a 2 star review is because the 2 drinks I ordered were good. The customers service is atrocious at best... at this location. Walked in and could visibly see an employee sitting on the back counter. She tells another employee thatsomeone just came in and continues to sit there. The other employee walks to the counter and literally said nothing. I made hergreet me by asking if she was ok. She looked up with an attitude still so asked her again. Finally she gave me a half heartedgreeting. If you don't want to work than quit. Making drinks and wraps in a air conditioned building can't be that hard can it?Train your employees better! Terrible staff and terrible location. They take forever to make your food and it?s not even done properly. I ordered a turkey... and cheese for my kid and it was filled with shredded cheese and 1 slice of turkey. If you choose to eat here, don't use their tropical smoothie app for delivery. If you need a refund because of a missing item,... this location will tell you to come in person to pick it up or get your refund. They don't apologize or seem empathetic. It'smore of an, "Oh well, you shouldn't have ordered from our app then," vibe. Plus they are privately owned and customer service ishit and miss. Leaving you on hold, hanging up, then not even apologizing for it. For the price you're paying, go somewhere elsewhere they actually have customer service when you need help. Read more
