Have eaten here several times. Enjoyed breakfast but lunch and dinner are my favorite. The French onion soup is the best! We... also enjoyed the fish n chips. So far we haven't been disappointed with any of our meals. The prices are reasonable and therestaurant is separate from the bar/casino. Husband went here and brought food home.. I ordered grilled cheese with bacon and fries... NOTHING was cooked through. Grilled... cheese the bacon was literally raw, cheese was still fully intact slices not melted at all. Fries were soggy, cold and notcooked through either. We stopped going to timbers ALL because of the food, the food here USED to be amazing and now it's gonedown hill as well. Thanks for such bad cooking that it ALL had to be recooked at home. Mashed potatoes W/roasted garlic was just mashed up boiled potatoes no garlic. Green beans were undercooked and hard. Chicken... fried chicken was ok but white gravy and as like paste and unflavored. Waitress was friendly but we also had to ask for oursalads halfway through our meal. Salad was just some lettuce and a couple of grape tomatoes. Read more
First the bartender was being rude to us, me and my boyfriend, rolling her eyes and avoiding us, then after we order some food... the girl stopped the man who was serving it and told him to send it back and burn it. She went to the back with him and 5 min.Later sure enough he served us some burnt sliders. I don't usually complain but this was way out of line for any business totreat paying customers like this. I was so excited to hear Village Pub was coming to Aliante! It?s right down the street from me now! The best fish and chips,... period. Paired with an oatmeal stout, you cannot ask for more. We tried the chicken pot pie this time, too, and it wasDECADENT. It has a separate restaurant-only area (read: no smoking) and a large bar area with games. Don?t much like the gamesthey had but hey ? nothing a good beer can?t smooth over. Open 24 hours ? and I hope (?) the kitchen is also 24 hours? Reallyfriendly service, to boot. This is my Thanksgiving lunch today at the Pub by Aliante. It cost $15.99. The sliced white turkey meat was dry and tasteless. ... Mashed potatoes and dressing were zapped in the microwave in about 10 seconds. My wife had green beans that were not cooked. All in all, we decided that we were served the worse Thanksgiving meal ever. I believed that?s our last meal my family willhave at the Pub. Read more
