The food and soda are always good but customer service is a bit lacking. I'm slightly hard of hearing and the gentleman that... helped me with my order seemed annoyed that I couldn't hear him and asked him to repeat himself despite him not speaking upwhile wearing a mask. Other times I've come in the people at the register seem to talk quietly as well. You should probably keepin mind that some of your customers may be hard of hearing. Read more
This location USED to be good. Now ZERO customer service & problems w MULTIPLE orders. After I have to drive home, see my order... is short 7 wings & drive ALL the way back, never offer an apology. Only get an attitude about having to fix it! Tried to justhave me wait for the 7 wings missing vs redoing my whole $40 order. My other wings and fries are ALREADY cold from having todrive back. But you want me to wait another 30 min for my 7 fresh wings. The right thing to do is remake it all the correct way,apologize for my inconvenience and at the VERY LEAST offer a drink while I wait. Taste, quality and service deserve 5 stars because this location has always been consistent. I gave 3 stars for my recent visit... because I didn?t get all 15 pieces of chicken. The worst wing stop I have ever been too! There menu is outdated. We ordered and 20 mins later I asked for an update and was... told it was 45 min until our food was going to be ready. Unfortunately because of the service and the fact that this store continues to mess up orders and not offer reasonable... solutions, we will NO LONGER DO BUSINESS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. My wife placed two orders, both ALL FLATS & WELL DONE, andneither was done. We called the store and ask for a reasonable solution and they offered us to drive back to the store and waitfor them to fix it. When we declined and said no one wants to drive 15 mins and wait for the 20 for the wings to cook, how aboutyou refund us the two-dollar upcharge, they said no, they could only refund us .20 cents.
