Went two days in a row, don't have chocolate or vanilla ice cream. Unacceptable.
Ordered milkshakes, ended up being cold milk no ice cream. We will never go there to get milkshakes again.
Ordered a cake for my son, when I got there. The girl was taking someone else?s order.( Mind you, there were other workers... there, and no more customers to help, besides me and the other person who was being helped already) no one acknowledged me, oreven said we will be with you in a minute. Nothing. Then when she was done with their order she just walked away. Didn?t say aword. Then she stood there talking to some other worker, and a few minutes later, a different lady then comes to the registerand decided to help me. I say I?m here to pick up a cake I ordered online. She tries to charge me for it. I said I already paidonline, I show the proof. She said it?s okay, I believe you . ( they don?t keep record, of who pays) ? The cake looked great;However, it tasted terrible. My kids wouldn?t even finish their pieces( it was for my son?s birthday ) I had to throw out therest of the cake, they refused to eat it. When I tried it. I could see why. It was terrible. I would like to add. I also got adozen donuts and the lady made it seem like I was inconveniencing her to order them. Ordered my cake days in advance, Went to pick it up and was told they were sold out of my specific order, charged me full price... for their largest serving size but somehow gave me the smallest serving size. Thanks for ruining my birthday party. Read more
Online says they are open 24 hours, but no matter what time I go there in the evening, the lobby is closed and the drive thru... says they stopped serving ice cream. Update the times or get rid of the lazy employees. Read more
Placed an On Line In Store Pick Up at 3:33pm. Arrived at store at 3:45 to find front door locked. Had to get into Drive Thru... line, made it to menu board at 3:55... Finally left Drive Thru window at 4:10p. Employees had NO personality and couldn't havecared less!! All I could say was "Thank You, have a Great Day." I don't believe in being rude to workers, but promise I willnever return to this location! Read more
Awful service. Ordered an ice cream cake online to be picked up. Manager says it?s not there. I reiterated that it was an ice... cream cake. She yelled, ?I know it is, I can?t find it.? Very rude and never even apologized for not having my order, which wasan important birthday cake. She stated she never received the order even though the receipt had their address on it fordelivery. Extremely unprofessional. Manager needs to go to training to handle stress and pressure. Read more
