I called to place an order for delivery. After giving my delivery information i was asked to hold for just a moment which was... fine but i actually ended being put on hold for 11 mins and then finally after being on hold for 11 mins the lady picks back upsaying sorry for the wait and then just hangs up on me. I called back immediately, now currently really annoyed after having towait so long and being hung up on and its the same lady and she asks me for the same delivery information which i just gave toher and after giving my information all over AGAIN, she says that they're no longer doing delivery and only doing carryout and iwould have to come and pick it up. I hung up immediately and just ordered from Papa Johns instead with no problems what so ever.If i knew that was the service i was going to receive i would've never even considered Dominos in the first place. Usually pretty good ordered vegan pizza there was some chicken ???? in it and there is missing cheese on my cheese pizza . But... it?s cheap so you get what you pay for . Read more
Ordered Pasta and Salad. When I opened the pasta the dish was practically empty. I could literally see the bottom of the... aluminum dish. The salad is prepackaged in Yuma, AZ with an expiration date just 3 days away. Salad was wilted and dry. I askedfor ranch dressing and got ceasar. Plastic tray holding cheese and croutons in the prepackaged bowl took up 1/3 of the volumeso it was extremely small as well. Total rip off and I will never order from Domino's again. I used to work for Dominos andordered from them on a weekly basis for years. Quality has obviously decreased a lot in that time. Do not order from here unlessyou want to waste your money for small portions of poorly prepped or prepackaged food. Read more
On February 09, 2022 I placed an order of 2 boxes of pizza. My husband and I decided to save one of the boxes for later. Today,... February 10, 2022, I realized that North Lauderdale's Dominos had the incorrect toppings on my pizza. When I called, the managerCarmen, instantly insinuated that "I was incorrect". As I attempted to correct her statement, she rudely stated that " I need tolisten" . I am totally disgusted that a manger would model this type of behavior in front of her staff. Today we order (1) carbonara pasta and 1 chiken bacon ranch sub in this store. the order was placed at 1:05pm, supposedly the... orders came out of the oven at 1:15, and go to quality control at 1:16... the order left quality control at 1:48pm, 30 minutesafter, I thought the order must be perfect, I was wrong. the order is cold, really cold, the portion was poor, very very poorand wrong we receive pasta primavera instead pasta carbonara, I don't want to tell you about the sandwich, what a mess. Theorder took almost 1 hour (only 5 minutes less to complete 1 hour) to received this crap, and the "insurance" offer a free pizzaor 20% off in my next order, really do you think that we will order again with you???? The Dominoes Restaurant located at 7118 Southgate Blvd in North Lauderdale delivered 3 pizzas that I ordered and paid for. The... problem was two of the pizzas were burnt. There was nothing about the two pizzas that any of their employees should have thoughtwas a good idea to serve to a paying customer. I would not give my pet anything burnt up like that. After calling the store, Iwas told that I could get a store credit to use for future purchases. Well there is no way I will be purchasing anything fromthem in this life time. I am very disappointed. Delivered my food to the wrong house Thursday after the driver Ashley was saying she down the street only to have delivered it... to the wrong house? I called in so they did a refund on my order fast forward to Saturday my son loves their pizza so I orderagain for him only for them to take an hour to deliver my food. Worst delivery experience I?ve ever not sure if the did that onpurpose but not cool at all I will never be ordering from this location again or dominos ever ?? I tried to let it go from youguys telling me over and over again that the driver is a minute away. Disgusting my son is 9 for crying out loud. Not a way totreat your customers. Read more
