So we will go to Jimmy John's for lunch because it is quick. They usually get the order right except for cutting the pickle... when asking for a whole pickle not to be cut. Today, they finally got the pickle right. However, I ordered a little john combo- #1 no tomatoes, a drink and BBQ chips. I get back to the office. No BBQ chips & they put tomatoes on my sandwich. Sandwiches are made quick, but delivery times are a bad joke. It'll take 40 minutes to deliver a sandwich 2 miles. That's not an... exaggeration or isolated incident, this has happened multiple times. Good as an absolute last resort, but I would order well inadvance and not expect attention to detail. Most of your customizable options and extras will be ignored. Today's order wassupposed to be cut in half with added avocado (there's a splash of avocado if you look closely haha). The staff are all very polite, fast service but this is the 3rd time I have ordered #5 Vitos there and the staff put mayo on it.... Gross. Had to scrape it off and throw awY the veggies. Great place! The employees were very gracious when we came in shortly before closing. We didn't realize they were close to... closing and had been working nearby all day without a break to get food. The employees didn't grumble or have an attitude, theywere really friendly, and our food was great! Read more
Oh man this Jimmy John's was off the chain. They had it really well staffed, and everybody was enjoying their time, they had a... newer guy taking my order. I could tell because he seemed nervous. He handled my order excellently and he forgot to ask me if itwas a plain sandwich, not sure if that is standard procedure; however the man making my sandwich was at the ready. He asked,"plain?" I said, "with the sauce." Order turned out great and they really left an impression on me. If you're thinking ofordering from anywhere else I recommend not, and stick to Jimmy. Read more
Horrible sandwich, very expensive for such low quality. Hardly any condiments or toppings. I also had a bug baked into my bread.... All around bad. Read more
