I stopped going to this place after a employee complained that a coupon I used online wasn't being used right. that's not... correct, coupons can only apply to the order when the order meets the requirements so yeah, he was dead wrong and he came offsuper rude and made me feel like I did something wrong. I'm not sure if he just had bad training or if he was having a bad dayand needed to be rude to someone so he could feel better but it wasn't cool. Bad training and rude employees does not make foran enjoyable experience. Read more
Management told us to "shut up" during second inquiry of missing delivery items. ...Told to shut up apparently because of... inexperienced staff and the problem was too petty to make right instead of keeping their mouth shut and maybe offering up analternative suggestion initially in order to preserve future business in these tough times. This is all a shame because the foodis great. More of their loss than ours. Read more

I didn't really care for their pizza but loved their cheesy bread. The first time I went I got excellent Customer service.... Tonight however, I was met with rudeness. They wouldn't take my order and they decided to close earlier than the posted hours.I can understand being busy and even closing early but don't be rude. I won't be back. Read more

The Marco?s Pizza in North Liberty is always on time and delicious. Internet only, carry out deals offer the the best price -... but ordering off the menu isn?t unreasonable. The location is easily visible and accessible from HWY 965. The staff are veryfriendly and helpful. Our family are big fans. We strongly recommend you try them out soon. have always enjoyed Marco's Pizza and really look forward to their Meatball Bake. It is a splurge item as each topping costs... $1.00, but I do not get it very often. So today I really thought it would be the day to try it again after months. Typicallythe meal lasts multiple nights. This time, there was not even enough food in the container to cover the entire bottom. Thelayer was ridiculously thin. I ate it in one sitting and was still hungry. Considering I paid $16.00 plus tax for this, I wouldhave expected way better. It is not something I will risk getting again. Read more
