Worst food, I did an order pick up and I arrived got my food and parked go check it out. My son?s burger the patty was broken,... the bread as hard. The food was about what you expect from McDonald's. We were asked go use the kiosk instead of them taking our order. I don't... work there but I understand.the table we were sitting at wasn't clean so I ate over the tray sitting over sweet and sour sauce.The manager helping was handling boxes and fries without gloves, and the ketchup/fountain drink area had condiments splatteredall over it. Definitely don't recommend coming to this McDonald's till they clean things up a bit. Read more
My sister's went inside to order at this location. She has a learning disability and has issues working kiosks. When she asked... the lady(No name tags) at the front for assistance she snarled at her and decided to be rude. I am very ashamed at how thislocation is ran. I understand that the kiosk are easier to use for some but it's disgusting to treat someone like this. Read more
It took 20 minutes from the time I arrived until I got my food in the drive through. Then to top it off I didn't get what I... ordered but didn't know it until after I left. Several cars pulled out of line and left. Get it together McDonalds! Read more
This one is tough. The great attitude and air of comradely of the employees outweighs getting your order a little (sometimes a... lot) wrong. So, if you?re a person that likes good vibes and you?re not too picky and can eat your whatever sandwich withsomething missing/added that you didn?t request, then this is your place. If you could care less about employee happiness andwant your sandwich exactly as you ordered it, then find another McDonalds. As for us, we will keep coming back. We had to go back thru drive thru and pick up two sandwiches they admitted they forgot to put in the bag. Meanwhile, the child... who?s food they forgot was home complaining because they couldn?t eat, and his sandwiches they gave us when we went back werecold, and so was ours! Plus they didn?t add any dipping sauce for our 20 nuggets. They didn?t offer a refund or anything to makeit right. This has happened too many times at this location. My advice?ALWAYS check your food before you leave so you don?t havethis experience. Read more
Drive thru was very slow, not prepared enough for the line of customers & food (Fries) were not Hot by the time we got our... order. Need a more attention to detail in this restaurant.
