For me to post a bad review, it?s got to be pretty bad?. This location has sadly gone massively down hill. While some of the... staff is good, most are rude. Literally watched a staff member tell a bunch of teenagers that the lobby was closed to them afterthey purchased a ton of food and we?re doing absolutely nothing wrong, and were being extremely respectful, because as she said?teenagers make a mess and they were understaffed.? Location has been dirty the last few times I?ve been in. Prioritizes onlineorders while the line is 15-20 people deep. Regularly a 20-30 min wait for food. Constantly out of things. Makes me sad. Hasbeen my on the go regular for years. I?ll stick to Estela?s until they get their act back together. Read more

Went to the North Liberty store at 7:30 on Saturday and doors were locked with a hand written note on the door saying online... orders for delivery only. There were some people in the store being served and several people in the parking lot looking foranother place to go. Will not be going back here as this is the second time this month we've tried to go happened. Staff wasvery rude the first time pointing to the note and laughing and the second time they just looked at us and ignored us. Ridiculousthat people are treated like this just trying to get some food. How do they stay in business. Read more

Made the mistake of stopping here last night. Was the 7th person in line. It took over 30 minutes to get waited on by an... employee who didn't want to be there . The food temperature was like it was left overnight in my fridge. The service wasterrible. I expect my food to be at least warm. This place has gone downhill. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked in during busy hours 7:00pm. Both doors where locked with employees inside. Employee... standing outside the door smoking. Another customer let us in. People working stated that they were closed even though they wereclearing making burritos. Said it was for delivery orders only. Won?t be returning. Terrible customer service. I've been to this pancheros several times and nearly every time it has been great. The food is always fantastic. The only... complaints I have are when the staff ignores the line to work on mobile orders. I understand that mobile orders are very commonnow and that they must get done somehow, but at no other food chain have I ever felt ignored by the staff for several minutes infavor of completing said mobile orders. This has only happened a select few times but when it has it has been quite frustrating.Otherwise, Panch is always incredibly good. Read more

Placed an online pickup order. Set my time for 2:45 went in at that time wasn't expecting to stand and wait so long for my food.... They literally had 2 people working behind the counter to make food while 1 employee was in the dining area "clean" tables off.He was more like sitting behind the wall not doing anything. Apparently they had no napkins. I would have been better off justcoming in and ordering my food then ordering over the app. I would have been out of the store a lot sooner then I was. Definitely has went downhill. Tortillas over cooked it's crunchy and they can't wrap holes in it everything's falling out of... the end think I'm done going here. Should have made me a new tortilla but this is what I got instead. Read more
