Authentic Napoli pizza. I would come back again, but unfortunately I don't live close by. Fresh ingredients and perfectly baked... pizza. Dough was just the right thinness with a bit of chewyness (not sure if this is a word..).If you like salty fat greesy'American' pizza this place is not for you - food may taste a little bland. Ruscianos salad was amazing even without anydressing, which tells you the quality of the ingredients they use. Many vegetarian options available! "Phenomenal" is not a word that I would use often to describe an Italian restaurant ( in fact, I'm not even sure what it... means:) but Rusciano's was just that. The waitress staff was extremely attentive, the service quick and the food wasphenomenal. Dishes dense with taste. Even the lowly appetizer, focaccia with mozzarella olive oil and a wonderfully seasonedmarinara could have been meal itself. I'm definitely going back. Read more

The pizzas are awesome and come out so fast. The cannolis are fresh and delicious with good filling and crunchy wraps. We tried... the chef special lasagna of the day and that was supposed the be amazing but it tasted kinda like chef boyardee... with smushyoverdone noodles...still good just didnt taste very authentic or homemade. 10/04/2020 Still a favorite place to enjoy amazing food. They offer call ahead for pick-up also during the pandemic. Don't pass... up the appetizers as they are all delish! Keep an eye out for the weekly pizza and pasta specials, we did a couple risottospecials, meatballs, charcuterie board and extra half order of bread (last photo in take-out boxes). Yum!! 07/20 - Appetizerspecial was Coccoli Fiorentini - fried dough balls filled with stracchino cheese, wrapped with prosciutto di Parma...the firstone was so good we had to order it again! The guys had the pasta special (risotto, house-made organic orange cream, locallyfarmed zucchini, goat cheese, gorgonzola, and pecorino Romano) and I opted for light with the Salsiccia pizza. The food here is delicious! It was hard to decide what to get, there were so many good-sounding options. The staff was attentive... and friendly. My only complaint is that noise echos around the dining area, so it can get very loud when the restaurant is fullof people. Read more
