Awful, absolutely terrible McDonald's. I ordered on the app, I chose tableside service. I put my table number in the app. 18... minutes go by and no food... Ok I go up to the counter and it's just sitting there. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. They didn't even get mea cup for my drink either, or napkins. I stood there for 5 minutes while they just ignored me. Finally I said "so do I need toget my own cup from behind the counter, or...?" She rudely said no and slammed the cup down on the counter. Walked in at 9:45. Drive through said it was closed due to short staffing. No big deal. They were clearly frustrated when I came... in because apparently they were trying to close early. Google Maps says they're open till 10:30. They locked the front door andclosed the other entry while I was inside and I had to unlock the door to let myself out. Aug 1- I was at this location. Sign out by the road says $1 mcdoubles McChicken. Lady at the window rudely stated they are bogo... for $1. I informed her that wasn't what the sign said. Rude attitude, bad customer service and false advertising! Tell the lazymanager to change her sign! Oh and we couldn't get a drink because the fountain machine was down. Read more
This McDonald's has a very nice and modern design. It's one of the nicest McDonald's locations I've been to in the US. I'm not a... fan of fries, but these were very good and clearly fresh. The woman at the McCafe window was very nice. Read more
Place has potential but needs work. My opinion don't hire everyone who applies, or keep the ppl who's customer service skills... are minimal to none. And the very few who do don't last. Get it together! Read more
Ordered a drink and told no refills when I asked for one. I was told it was because it?s not a ?corporate? location. What a... bunch of bull. I go to plenty of other McDonalds and they don?t give me any trouble about refills. Just a lame excuse to providesubpar service in my opinion. Read more
I always go here. The ???? Fries and service are the best at this location. Food is always hot and fresh
