Apparently the staff order out for their food, at least that what he said when I asked about food. Lazy people taking up space.... The guy was a bit scruffy? Is that the term? If he would have been outside asking for change, I believe he would have fooled usall, he's an employee ???? Read more

Showers were down and the 3 ladies working went completely out of their way to make me feel like a priority and got me back on... the road. Very accommodating and although you'd expect Pilot to be trucker friendly - it's happening a lot less these days. This place is very trucker friendly and extremely welcoming. I stay 40 minutes away on my break but will start driving theextra miles to come here. Best Pilot I've ever been to! Read more
Great stop! Showers were very clean and the staff were awesome! Wish I would have got names so I could give them credit for... their customer service. I leave few bad reviews . But this behavior of employees does not suit me . Probably because of my poor English they thought... that I had not developed enough to distinguish a broken hair dryer from a serviceable one . After a day at work, I filled up thetruck for $400, reserved Parking for $15 and took a shower to wash . I just needed a hair dryer !!! Not yours (Yes ! It's broken!) **LAST CHANCE ON THE TURNPIKE TO SAVE ON FUEL BEFORE CROSSING INTO PA AND THEIR SKY-HIGH PRICES** Stop through here frequently... to fuel up, occasionally spending a few hours to take a nap. Experience has always been decent. Friendly staff. Facility keptreasonably clean. It's a truck stop people, let's not be unreasonable with our expectations. Some are going to be better thanothers. Everything about this location is good, clean restaurants, friendly service, and etc., except for the frigid with the breakfast... sandwiches at the bottom near Mac Donald entry across from alcohol cooler. It need to be swept or wiped out. Keep up the greatwork , and I look forward too returning.???????????? Read more
