Literally just picked up my to go order of tri tip salad and i got a head of lettuce cut in half.... if i was sitting in the... restaurant my meal would not have come out like this. This is just lazy. Plus all the toppings was on the bottom. Read more

Eating out with 3 of my buddies and when the main course was brought out the kitchen sent out only 2/4 due to the fact they had... issues with 2 of the main courses. So we were not able to eat together as it added 30-45 minutes from the original tome waitingon the food. We asked for a med.rare steak and got a well done, shrimp were watery. The burger ordered was sent out withoutfries and by the time they came out they were not only salty but we were all finished with our meals and we're ready to go. Themanager was kind and did not have an issue with our concerns when brought up. I am under the impression the place is veryunderstaffed in the kitchen. (Not blaming or pointing fingers at anyone) I'm just sharing the experience. Read more

My family and I had a great time! I was so impressed with the staff. It appeared as if they were understaffed but our waitress... did so well you couldn't tell. BJ's in North Little Rock is always consistently outstanding with their food, house brewed beer, and service. I have tried many... of their menu items, and have never been disappointed. There is a wide variety of menu selections so that everyone should beable to find something that pleases them. They also run great specials daily, do be sure to watch for those. Ordered takeout on lunch break as I do often and I’m yet again let down. The food is typically good but I have issues often... with takeout at night. I often experience my food not being ready when I arrive and today was no different. I ordered a pizzathat looks disgusting and was not cut into slices. Now I’m unable to eat on my lunch break and will have to take it home andsoak the grease off and cut it myself. Unfortunately, I did not have time to take it back on my 30 min break. Read more
